Terrible terrible service. Told the wait would be 25-30 minutes and we waited for an hour. Only 12 tables were occupied. I asked how much longer and was rudely told the kitchen was way backed up. No I am sorry or it will be a few minutes longer. Told her to forget it and we walked out. Cracker Barrel will not get anymore of my money but then I am sure y’all really don’t care!!!
Great food, great service! Lexis (?) was awesome even though we came in pretty late she still served us with a great attitude and quality service. Didn’t have chicken tenders but she made a quick recommendation and swapped for something else just as good! Thanks for help!
Great experience. Had the best server Shay aka Carla. The food was good. Atmosphere was wonderful. The cook Phillip had food out swiftly and prepared wonderfully. Great job staff!!! Would come back when they are working without a doubt.
Horrible! We decided to go here last minute. I heard one of the staff say they only had 2 cooks and someone went on a smoke break and never came back. So that's how it started.Kitchen was clearly backed up. We sat down asked for biscuits. My cousin found some kind of long hair looking object but it wasn't hair. That's why I looked at the other plate of biscuits because we received two and saw a bunch of hair.So that kinda set the mood.I was surprised at how good the steak was. Not the best steak but good for expectations at that point. My cousins also said their chicken was really good.Food wasn't bad overall but also not great. I would say avoid this location. Until the can get properly staffed. Especially kitchen staff.
This is my second review. Unfortunately not much has changed how ever the server Aboney and other staff were super friendly and did everything she could to make our dinning a good experience. They are still way under staffed with only about 1/3 of the dinning room filled at 6:30 on Wednesday night. The food was very good but took nearly 30 min to get our order. If your not in a hurry it's a good place to eat.
Stopped in for a late dinner. The store is severely understaffed, which is the case for most restaurants these days. Despite this everyone was polite and made our visit very enjoyable. The food was good as expected. We appreciate Sharon for serving with a smile while being one of three servers on a Saturday night.
The food was great when I eventually received it. I was passing through and ordered my food to go. I was not told there was a 45 minute wait for takeout. The managers were polite and kind. During COVID-19 things have been slow in most places and staff has been an issue but Sunday's should be a little more prepared because most often families get together regardless.
Worst experience I’ve ever had here.I ordered curbside pickup from this restaurant for the first time tonight and it was awful.Arrived and checked in sat outside for 45 minutes so I walked inside and my food was just sitting there.Nobody ever brought it out or checked anything.The food was cold and they forgot several of the items I ordered also did not give any syrup for the pancakes or condiments for our biscuits.Total waste of $50 I even tipped because someone was supposed to bring me out our order so they got a lot of free money from me tonight very disappointed.
Two hostesses standing at the front...both very rude. 45 minute wait, but there were at least 15 tables open. When we asked if they were short staffed, they said no, they were actually overstaffed. When FINALLY seated, it took another 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Then 45 minutes for food!! When our food finally arrived, itbwas not what we ordered and was stone cold!! Probably worst experience I've had at a restaurant!!
Always great food. Waiter Cal was excellent and patient .. Food hot and first ckass!
