My food was $27.93. I got a dollar back. They gave me a half empty large Mac n cheese, tho I ordered mashed potatoes. I could hear the workers cussing each other in the back & I was in the drive thru. Just wasn't a good atmosphere for me.
This Church's Chicken had the freshest chicken the employees was just as courteous it's a wonderful place to stop and have lunch I'm very thankful for people who like to go to work and do their jobs Mr Charles he's a military veteran and I'm happy to see our veterans working
Always disappointed mash potatoes weren't mixed all the way, chicken was old and Luke warm. Service with a smile. Food just wasn't good
I love me some church's chicken but lawd have mercy! This place is something else. Zero hospitality zero customer service. And if your thinking about ordering food online DO NOT! Because they will not let your delivery people have your food to bring it to you. Trust me I delivery for door dash and they are not letting you order online. Well you can but they ain't letting you receive the food. ???????????
My chicken tasted like it was fryed in old grease and the employees all have really bad Attitudes while your placing your order. Even when you point out that they made a mistake with your order they will give such a horrible attitude.
Very upset ordered a 3 piece leg and thigh they charged me for two I accepted anyway after waiting 15 minutes only to get home and have five drumsticks and no biscuits I was p-ssed
They advertise spicy chicken but never have day or night I've been every day of a week and none take it off the menu
Slow but the food is always fresh and the guy at window was nice.
I ordered a 3 pc paid $10.99. Waited 15-20 mins to get my food only to have 2 pcs of chicken, no biscut, and old side items. The cashier was nice, he just messed my order up and gave me old food. Can't have it all huh?
Online they say they are open, butt at the front there is a sign that says to call a number so they can bring your order out to you. They do not answer that number, so I got to sit in line for a half hour to pick up food that was cooked before I got there.
