Went to get the Chicken sandwich with the bacon in it told the young lady no Tomatoes No Lettuce get home have a Chicken sandwich with no bacon and Lettuce & Tomato on it . Called they said they were sorry I could come back and they would give me the right sandwich. My truck was about out of gas no extra money I told her can’t you just take my name and when I am over that way I will get. Next thing I know there was no one on the phone. They have always been really good I haven’t been over there in awhile. Guess I want be going back. Money is so tight need to get what I ordered!!!

If I could rank this day with a ZERO, THEN I SURELY WOULD!! I have never received anything from Chick'Fil-A like what was sent to my house. It was brought to me by Door Dash. The driver or the DD program had nothing to do with the old, dried up in parts waffle fries that were inside. The chicken strip known for their juicy, tender succulent seasoned right flavor . . . WERE NOT!!! These had to have been strips from 11 a.m. the day before . . .gross!! Even the Arnold Palmer drink that is called "Joyful" should be better handled. I called to the Fultondale store to complain and Ms. Annie wanted to know if I wanted to bring it back up there. "No, I am having mobility issues, pain is chronic,you don't want to see me like this. I even asked for a complete refund. I threw the food in the garbage because as I shared with Annie, "no one was watching what was going out of the store to represent them!"Scale --- 0 to 10 OVER ALL . . . . We could seriously eat Chick-fil-A EVERY SINGLE DAY. The sandwiches, nuggets, and soup are my families favorites, but anything you order is going to be amazing!!As far as ordering goes, USE THE APP!!! I cannot stress this enough.. You get points that add up to free food and get special perks from the local restaurant (like free nuggets) from time to time! Plus, it makes pick up wayyy easier! You can put your order in before you get there and they will start making it when you get close to the restaurant!! It is, by far, the best fast food app I have come across. If you are a frequent Chick-fil-A eater, it is definitely a must!!

The line was too long. When it was our time to order we were no where near the outdoor menu. The lady that was standing outside taking orders got ours wrong but the line, both inside and out, we're so long we didn't have time to wait for them to correct it.

We're huge fans of Chick-fil-A in general, but we appreciate having healthier options for fast food. This location does a great job of making sure our order is 100% every time.

It's an overhyped, average chicken sandwich. I honestly wouldn't eat at Chick-fil-A but my mother likes it so I have to go there for her. At least the service is good. Now they need to open the dinning area or open up for carry out because the drive-thru is ridiculous.

The manager on duty was horribly mean to one of the employees.went as far as to shush her Infront of everyone. Not to mention I went through the line to pick up an order that was messed up aw week ago and I ended up waiting 20 mins for my sandwich and fries in the parking lot.they only came after me calling the store twice.

They forgot my 12 meal which I was mad about however dividing up the food so everyone had something to eat we discovered a hair in the nugget. KEEP YOUR NASTY NAPPY HAIR TO YOURSELF!P.s. Chick fil a won’t give a refund… for either

We were taking a group of kids to a youth retreat and we were in a bus. We arrived 5 minutes prior to the store opening and the dining room was closed (because of Covid) so we started to drive away. An employee ran out the door, flagged us down, jumped on the bus, and took all our orders efficiently and with a smile!! Another girl followed and they quickly took Orders and money! Food followed immediately. Chick Fil a never disappoints with their employees and customer service!! Thank you !!

Who can say anything bad about Chick-fil-A? They really have the best service and good food. You get what you pay for and it's worth it.
