We experienced a friendly staff, fast service and good food when visiting since the reopen.
The service was a little slow, but the rep was friendly. The store was clean and the food fresh and hot.
Latasha was a ray of sunshine. Even though the wait was longer she was so friendly at the window!!! We need more people like her in the world!
First time I've been back since they rebuilt the store and it's very nice. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The guys in the back were doing a good job to keep up with the number of orders that were coming in. My food was great (I highly recommend the Blackened Talapia) and the sweet tea is always good. Yall keep up the good work. See you again.
My husband went to pick up dinner tonight. All of out food looked tossed around in our plates. It looks like they almost dropped it before bringing it out. The service has become worse since the rebuild. My husband hates for his wet and dry food to touch. His plate has the fries on it. Smh. I will not be back to this location any time soon.
.Slow af. Food is always decent but I've been here for 35 minutes waiting on food that I'd honestly just leave if I hadn't already paid. I'm also on a 30 minute lunch break and only had one person ahead of me... 35 minutes waiting on a 30 minute lunch break is lovely... My boss is gonna be thrilled
This Captain D's has never let me down. Always quick and hot and fresh food and the most polite and nice staff out of any Captain D's iv been to yet
Put in a order to pick up. Got to the location and the lobby was closed. Called store and they said I had to wait in the drive through line behind people who have not even ordered yet. Took almost 20 minutes to get through line. When I got my food it was lukewarm at best. Told manager and she did not seem to care and was rude.
Very good seafood,fish. The Captains has great menu items at a reasonable price. Glad there back from the ashes like a Phoenix.
