We, hubby and I, love Burger King. But the one in McCalla is getting consistently worse.Yesterday we got to the drive thru at 4:48 pm and we're told they were doing a shift change and we couldn't be serviced for 10 min. We needed something from Target anyway, so we decided to do that and come back... our 1st mistake.We got back to the drive thru at 5:03pm. They took our order. And we got it at approximately 5:10 pm. We had specifically asked for no pickles, add extra onions, cheese and bacon, on my burger and HOT fries... so we didn't really mind the wait. However, when we got our order several minutes later, the fries were COLD!!! I mean cold to the touch. Not lukewarm. COLD.We went back to the drive thru and requested HOT fries. We were asked to pull forward... he, the cashier/night manager, seemed irritated that we wanted our food the way we requested- HOT!!! While waiting on hot fries, I checked my burger only to discover, no bacon, no cheese, no onions at all... WITH pickles.We ended up getting hot fries at 5:31 pm. I just kept the burger bc I figured it would have been 6:00 before we ate.We are really hoping this restaurant can get it together bc we love our Burger King and don't want to loose it. But we believe bc of the poor service and poor management, it won't be long before its closed down. We sat there and watched people park in Burger King parking lot, and get out of their vehicles and walk over to Chic fil a. Our McCalla Burger King is in trouble.

The absolute worst meal I have ever gotten from BK and it was the one in Fairfield right at the corner of Bessemer super hiway. The whopper was cold the bun was stale as hell the fries were soggy like they had been sitting in grease all day and the sweet tea tasted like it was made with dirty dish water. I have eaten here a couple times before and it was okay I guess but this time was absolutely disgusting. Won't be back to this location. Whoever the DM is they need to take a serious look at this place

This location is like the worst one ever. They are not about the customer's. You drive up to the drive thru and they will not respond when you proceed to the window they motion with their hand they are closed at 5pm on a weekday. No signs nothing.

Like a lot of locations, this store is in need of more help, which means service is slower than normal. Food was good though

Requested off the broiler and they prepared everything fresh and was very courteous.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:55pm and was told they were closed. Online hours said they closed at 9pm. I also saw someone else getting food as I pulled away.

This is the absolute worst burger king I have ever been to. Bar none.

Service was slow but not the fault of team working...they need more workers...great food and attitude of window team member

The lady at the drive thru is so wonderful. I see her every morning just about cause their croissant biscuits is really good! I definitely recommend

The shake machine was down and guy at window, although not rude, but I could tell he did not want to be there
