Please don't go here to eat. Employee had her kids in the lobby. Whoppers were cold. Female employee had a loud phone conversation for almost 40 minutes while sitting in that lobby. Male employee didn't get food handed out drive thru. Took his time taking customers their food outside. Whomever the manager is please talk with your employees about their customer service. BURGER KING IS NOT A DAYCARE MANAGERS AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE FAST FOOD NOT TAKE YOUR TIME SERVING FOOD

I don’t remember ever having a good experience at this Burger King. Breakfast time is tolerable. I try to be patient during these times, but they can’t possibly be short staffed for a DECADE now it seems. Service is slow, unfriendly, & just always a complete displeasure. 0/10. Do not recommend.

I ordered a 8 count nugget. Was told to park and someone would Bring my food out to me. 20 minutes later I went back to the drive-through to only realize that I was forgotten about. The manager was called to the window because I asked for my money back. She was really nice and apologetic but after 20 minutes of waiting I was ready to go. She did offer to give me a free meal on my next visit is it but I was over it and just wanted my money back.. But I do Commend her for her numerous times of apologizing.

It would be a great location for a fast food restaurant! Also, I was told that i couldn't order a two cheeseburger meal.....without a coupon. Why do coupon holders get menu items that I cannot order. Coupon discrimination. I'm coupon-less does that make me less of a consumer?

Nasty,my lady said no t.p. or soap or paper towels in women's BR. So no soap means yep yuck. Employees are not up to par.

When ordering the food, the accuracy of the order was spot on. The woman that took my order is someone who knows how to do it and do it right. I admire her very much for setting the leadership standard when the cooks are supposed to be ready to accurately prepare the order. If any cook makes an error, I will definitely make it known. Overall, a great job well done on everyone on this recent trip.

Slow but great customer service.

Food had burnt taste and they wouldn't give me a refund had to order something else what I didn't won't to do,because they said they don't give refunds,never go there again!!!

Lobby still closed after Covid. I'm so tired of this. I drive a truck and cant pull through a drive thru. Fortunately someone answered the door and helped me. Not all do that. Who is taking care of us truckers?
