Every time I come to this Zaxby’s in particular it’s always a problem . They never get my order correct and then have attitudes when asked to be fixed . Worst customer service ever . They don’t even try to fix the problem just says there is nothing we can do .
Worst customer service ever and worst meal I have had at Zaxby's in a while. Ordered a Wings-n-Things Boneless, tongue torch, no salt on the fries in the drive thru at 5:30 pm on 7-21-22. First of all, when the guy (young, husky black guy) gets ready to give me my order, he slings it out the window at me. Then he proceeds to throw my card at me as well (had to catch it to keep it from landing on the ground). I was so angry that I started to sling the order back at him and ask for a refund. Instead I just drove off and called back to speak with the manager. The manager just kept saying she understood how I feel. I then tell her it is not enough to just "understand" how I feel. I asked if she was going to at least speak to him about this, she stated she would but I doubt it. I failed to check my order until I got home only to discover my fries were raw and had a tremendous amount of salt on them in spite of me ordering them without salt. The boneless wings looked played over and the toast was soggy. The only edible item was the chicken fingers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Zaxby's.
People were inside eating but they locked the doors and closed the drive thru well before their closing time. Lazy employees and lazy managers. I have this issue constantly with this location
Pulled up to the window at 6:30pm on a friday and got no response, only for someone to walk outside and very rudely say they closed at 6. look, i understand being understaffed, but it's as simple as putting a sign on the window and updating your hours on google. no need to get an attitude when there is absolutely no way for someone to know you are closed. and looking at past reviews, this is not a new issue for this location, so you have had plenty of time to figure something out, and you haven't. that's on the owner, not the customer, so get an attitude with them and not us.
They closed at six pm on Friday before Memorial Day and had a whole line of cars waiting. I had to walk up to the window to find out they were closed. At least four employees standing in the store at 6:33.
Pay your employees a decent wage and you just might be able to stay open past 5pm
They do not stay open past 6pm and they’re rude about it. They should just close the location and open something that has the staff to stay open for the dinner hours.
This was our first time eating here. The food was expensive and the chicken was DRY. I'm sorry this was a really bad experience.
Worst Zaxbys. Why are they closing before 6 EVERYDAY without updating store hours. People really waste there time driving there.
They close early, even before 6:30 pm, almost every night. I can't get ahold of them on the phone to ask them if their hours have changed. But online it says 10pm, but everytime I go after 6/6:30, they say they are closing.
