Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, got home and there was not bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. Called back and I was told that I should have checked the burger before I left, then I was told that the kitchen said that they put bacon on my burger. Needless to say there was no bacon. My family and I will not be eating here again!!!
Great quality food and service for a good price! Wings and fried rice was the combo I didn't know I needed!
Needed something to be delivered to my via Door Dash quickly after 5 hours on the highway on a Friday night in a college town. The hotel staff just laughed but WNB was able to get me a great burger and fries in an appropriate amount of time at a reasonable price. I had the basic cheeseburger but it was delish and the fries were yummy.
The burgers and fried rice are great. The cookies and cream milkshake is better than chick fil a!!
Worst customer service experience ever. The manager Jovita B. was absolutely rude on the phone when I placed my order 40 minutes before pick-up time. The friend that went to pick it up was also yelled at when our order was not ready at the specified time. She was literally told "This is not McDonald's" when questioned about the order not being ready. The kicker was having to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food to be ready. It took a total of an hour and 20 minutes for the order to be filled from the time it was called into the restaurant. Seeing customers come in, place an order, and receive it before our order was filled was also a source of frustration. Having a limited lunch (half) hour, we thought calling ahead would be helpful. Nope.(Order placed at 10:30am to be ready at 11:15am, finally received at 11:53am)
Food was good, but customer service was not. I had a group order for 5 adults that was called in at 10:30 and scheduled to be picked up 11:15. I arrived at 11:18 paid for the order and waited. Several people arrived after me, ordered, and paid and received their order before me. At 11:45, I asked about my order that was still not ready. At 11:50, the food finally came out. The cashier was extremely apologetic and I asked what we could do differently next time to ensure our order was ready at the pickup time. She said what we did was right and that our ticket got put behind several other orders. I asked to speak to the manager and jovita b came out and was apathetic about me having to wait 30/35 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready at pickup. Jovita told me that this isn’t McDonalds and they don’t rush food. She was not willing to offer any type of discount or free appetizer for next time. This was all of our first time going to w n b and it was such a bad first impression. We work in a profession that has a very limited lunch break and by the time I got back to work with the food, our lunch was over. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from Jovita.

This place is amazing andI was also surprised to find that their hamburgerWhich is 100% Angus beef is so delicious! The fried rice is a treat as well. They have no antibiotics in the chicken I learned so kudos to that! Please try this place.Auburn needs healthier choices!
