Depending on what day you go, this place could be a good spot to eat. You can definitely tell that highschoolers work there and I don't mind, except that they aren't professional when taking my orders or giving my orders back to me. You can always hear laughing in the background and it can be irritating, especially because they aren't paying attention to you when taking orders because you get orders back messed up and have to go back through the drive thru. Don't get me wrong, some people such as Val (employee) is great at taking and giving orders back correctly, but yet again, it depends on the day you go up to Wendy's.
Saw another review just now. Apparently don’t order chicken nuggets here. Waited 20 minutes in line for 2 10 piece nuggets. Had to pull up for another five minutes, even though traffic was non existent. The food ended up being decent. But one of the drink orders tasted like High C mixed with Club soda…definitely not Coke. The wait was unnecessary.
The older gentleman named Darryl working the drive thru was one of the best quick service workers i’ve ever encountered. So friendly and efficient, asking “what’s your favorite drink with that” and saying hello to everyone in the car. Give this man a raise!
The manager or shift lead or she is was very rude. I had a DoorDash order and im sitting at the drive thru window waiting. And I was calling to them trying to get their attention and she gave me attitude when asked her how much longer it was going to be and when she gave me the food she dropped it in my hand and waved me off. Very unprofessional.
Food was ok the service was sub par the employees are all rude they always rush you to order and always get my order wrong because they are rushing you. When you get to the window they just give yoy rude looks an then hand you the food
Stopped in on the way home from our fishing tournament on the Alabama River. Quick and friendly service with HOT fresh burger and fries. In and out quick and back on the road home.
One of the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. I used to work here and love coming back whenever I have a chance. The people who are still working there from when I was there are amazing. Corey the store GM is one of the nicest people I know. I definitely recommend coming here to eat.
I haven't eaten at Wendy's in years. I decided to go and get a baked potato and a small cheeseburger that I was craving. The elderly gentleman who took my order was soooooooooo nice with such a pleasant voice. Definitely made my day since I was already having a funky day. He definitely brought a smile to my face. 04-19-22 at 12:30pm.
They change the order as per their own comfort.Well, if you are out of something, then please let us know, just dont replace its as per your needs. I am the one who is going to eat the food. Let me choose ?♂️
This location has been unable or unwilling to serve diet beverages of any type for over 2 months. I understand that machines break down or need maintenance but that long is just laziness.
