Exceptionally kind cook. Waitress was nice as well. Customer service and consistent food go a long way.

The price are cheaper, the taste is regular, but the service is so fast

Staff is very friendly. Food is excellent!

Walked into waffle house two times in the last week and both times waitresses were unable to accommodate dining room a disaster food on the tables and told that they cannot serve us thanks waffle house doing great

I love Waffle House, and this is probably by far the best location I’ve been at! Not sure why everyone has gave such poor reviews, I think that they think everyone is Superman and Wonder Woman when it does get busy in food places!I have came here numerous times at different parts of the day, even on busy days and they frequently are cleaning not only around the store, but always clear up spots as quick as possible while still waiting on guests coming in and dining. My server that always seems to be there when I dine in is Chris (I think that’s how they spell it) and they are absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is friendly and has a great personality. The food hasn’t let me down and the service keeps me coming back. I have never once had to wait over 3-5 minutes for a table (Which I still wouldn’t mind waiting that amount or longer, I think folks have gotten so impatient during this pandemic.) and when you give them a chance they won’t let you down.

By far the worst waffle house I’ve ever been too. There was 9 workers who absolutely did nothing. No tables were being cleaned or anything and the food was a disgrace to other waffle houses!

Came here late at night. It was only two people working the store an employee and a manager (which was in the office at the time while the employee ran the entire front of the store alone). I ordered two Allstar specials, asked for my eggs scrambled with cheese and no toppings on my hash brown. I didn’t check my order before leaving which was my first mistake. Neither of the orders had cheese on the eggs nor scrambled and one order came with cheese on the hash brown. The order was missing an entire waffle and the waffle we did have was half cooked and doughy and we had to remove the uncooked parts from the waffle. 0/10 would not recommend. If I have to pay extra for cheese and things I expect to receive it. Paid $24.50 and the order was not at all what I asked for.

Thomas, Brea, Nas, Zee, the best workers I have ever seen. Serve you with the best pleasure ever!!

Couldn’t believe how disrespectful the staff was, used to be a perfect Waffle House location. Not even open 247 and then doesn’t even take phone calls, went inside they had only 3 tables full that’s all and proceeded to say they don’t do take out orders. The staff they have now is lazy and disrespectful not at all what a typical Waffle House experience should be like.

Came in on Sunday, knew there would be a wait, did not expect to have empty dirty tables, empty dirty tall and low bars, did NOT expect to see wait staff standing around drinking drinks, looking at cell phones.... we watched them clean the table tops with the same rags they used to clean the seats... we watched the cooks standing around with nothing to cook, not helping the wait staff, we were told "that's not my section" one girl had to call one of the young men out of the back to take his order to the table. Again we knew there would be a wait due to being busy, but NOT because no one works together and being lazy. We didn't get the food at the same time, my eggs were cold before my husband got his plate and then his food was wrong. DIRTY windows, walls, and floors..... only good part was our sweet sweet waitress Brittney smiling and friendly. Not sure if I will ever go back
