First time trying as per referral from friends of ours. The wings are quite small compared to other wing places. The celery & veggie carrots that come with meal are a joke, they were dried out old and cut to 1.25" in length x .25" wide, 1 piece each. Would have been better to not even put them out for public consumption. Would have taken a picture of them although zoom would have made to appear larger than in reality.Not sure we would try again, probably would try a different wing place.
Had this for the first time today and got the hot, voodoo, and cajun ranch wings. The Cajun ranch wings were not cooked all the way and the other wings didn't have much flavor. But the soda and the fries were good.
Ordered for the first time today, good sized wings and fair price. Ordered the garlic parm and they didn’t have any flavor whatsoever. They might have forgotten to season my wings, they were literally just fried and that’s it. Their spicier flavors might be better. Tater tots were good though!
I literally called and explained everything to the person multiple times on the phone as far as to what I wanted for the order. She read what I ordered back to me and it was 100% right. My bf goes to pick up the food and it wasn't correct. We asked for lemon pepper sprinkles on top of the wings. We got just sauce. The wings were nasty and horrible and the fries were cold. I have not eaten here in a while either, but the wings are tiny now. Will not be coming here ever again.
Where do I begin? This is not the same Voodoo Wings I’ve been coming to for the last several years.1. Place is absolutely filthy. It started with the last two visits (about 2 weeks apart) that we noticed the floors have gotten worse. You stick to every square inch. How does no one that works there not get embarrassed about this? You can hear every single person walking in it. Bathroom was so bad that I walked right back out (and I REALLY needed to use the facility ??♀️). I wish I had looked around before ordering because we would’ve walked right back out. But we still chose to get up and leave about 3/4 of the way through eating our lunch. Cobwebs in corners that are so big and obvious. We just couldn’t stomach it anymore. I was actually having second-hand embarrassment for them. (Photos attached for proof. Please note the light switch in the bathroom. There’s no reason for a high-touch surface to look like that, especially during the current times.2. I’m not sure who this most recent manger is, but she is not a poster child for customer service. She hasn’t been caught with a smile the times I’ve been there. And when I ask her why we couldn’t request flats anymore, she looked at me and said, “that’s just the way it is!” She was also conducting interviews in the middle of a completely full restaurant (only 5 or 6 tables) but she was so loud and obnoxious that it was awkward.3. A customer returned her undercooked chicken while she was were leaving and there was no actual, “I’m sorry” from anyone. They cooked her more but no real reaction. She seemed to be pretty turned off, as to be expected.We’ve decided that we won’t be returning to Voodoo again in the future. I hope the owners of this place live so far away that they truly have no idea what’s going on here. And if they do, they need to be a bit more present.
Personally I love this place. Although the wings are a little small, the flavors they have taste great, I would recommend Cajun ranch which tastes great, they have good service usually, and I would recommend this place to anyone who has the time to try it out. Hope this was. Helpful
Great wing place with a nice variety of sauces and sides. The Spicy PB&J (in photo) is outstanding. I also like the cole slaw, it's different from the typical slaw you find at other wing places.
Good wings but they're a little small so go for the 12 piece of your hungry
I thought I would give this place a try since I pass by it often. I ordered 12 piece wing combo with mango habanero and sweet heat as my flavors. The good thing is that the wings are cooked to order and nice sized.and the fries were good as well. They also have chewy ice which you can never go wrong with.... However, I was very disappointed in the flavors due to not tasting anything close I was use to from other wing locations. I'll try them one more time before I officially declare a place not to go to any longer
I love Voo Doo, I drive from GA just to get Voo Doo in Auburn. Tonight however was disappointing, pulled up and saw girl leaning on counter looking down at phone. Then when I tried to place my order she didn't even let me start before saying there is a 35 min wait and did I still want to order. I generally wait but tonight she struck me as someone trying to defer business and put out by having to wait on me. I have never experienced this at this location was was shocked. I know everyone in this area are having trouble getting people to work but you may as well not have anyone working if that's the quality of staff you can get.
