Tried Uncle Charley’s for lunch today. Had chicken tender plate. It was delicious. Love the spice they put on the chicken. I WILL be back. Personnel was extremely friendly too.
I love this place typically but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m a consistent supporter and I love coming here. Today though, I ordered a breakfast plate and was given something different than what I ordered. When I came back in to ask about my order, I was informed that they were out of what I ordered so the lady cook just gave me something different instead. I was not told this prior to ordering however. The front counter lady then continued to try and get me to accept the plate that the lady cook made me. I would not and she eventually stated that it would take the lady cook 10 minutes to actually complete my order. The front counter lady then wanted to know would I be willing to wait. That shocked me bc I was clearly lied to from the beginning about them being “out” of what I ordered. It then took 20 minutes for my reorder to be completed and it still wasn’t completely correct. I did not even go back in after that. To add, another person was there with a messed up order as well. If I had the energy, I would have asked for a refund and left. It’s unfortunate how unprofessional this transaction was. Smh but I won’t let this one transaction keep me from supporting. I just hope management does something to assist the staff with providing better service on a consistent basis.
Uncle Charley’z is highly recommended. The food is very good and at a very reasonable price. I also got good customer service. ???
Friendly staff that requested an HONEST opinion of the food. Great food, prepared well and served promptly. I’m glad I stopped here for lunch today!!!
I tried to order through a app only to get a call from the delivery driver that someone was gone to get fries cause they was out. Then they get back with the fries for them to tell the delivery driver I would have to substitute. Fine then I ask is if there whole wings on the kids meal only for the dude the I was talking to say I don’t know then he had to ask somebody. They say no so I canceled whole order. Who about to pay all that for a kids meal only for them to get three lil small pieces of chicken(2 flats and drumette or 2 drumettes and a flat)really disappointed in this restaurant.

My first time eating here was today. Stella was friendly and very helpful! I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was delicious! I highly recommend Uncle Charley’z!!!!
Food was super fresh & delicious! Excellent service. Highly recommend.
