worst customer service ever. Ordered a chipotle flatbread got no chipotle. Went all the way back after returning home and waited another 10 mins and the new flatbread has ice cold chicken. Went back a third time asked for a refund and they took my name and number saying their manager would call and then I tried calling and no one will answer. No apology for wasting my time or anything. not even i’m sorry for messing up your food TWICE. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Food is ok, not great. Smoothies are better, but have a lot of filler.
Hour wait on a single chicken wrap 3 employees and they say if you order online they can’t give a refund ????
I’ve always had great service until tonight and I ordered a smoothie online. When I got there then smoothie was too sweet to drink, I ask for another smoothie and the girl at the cash register snickered and told the girl in the back something. They made me another one and it was worse than the first. I tried calling several times tonight to speak to someone and no one would answer the phone.
2/25/22 I ordered a paradise point smoothie …5mins later I barley even drink any im throwing up the smoothie tasted a little weird tbh
Looked like only two people working at lunch but our food was prepped and delivered quickly and was delicious! Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to offer more than $9 per hour on their Now Hiring sign if they want to hire more staff.
This place is going out of business soon if they can’t get it together. Can’t keep track of what’s made, or what belongs to who’s order.
Very bad customer service. An employee told us two different times it would be 15 mins before we could even order bc they were managing a catering order. After 35 mins another employee told us they were only taking online orders and would not take ours. There were 8+ of us in line who had waited that whole time. Will not be returning.
The staff does not read the add-ins placed by the customer on Uber eats or there is a fault in your system?
They claimed to have no chicken or lettuce at all in store. the customer picking up an order from online got a chicken pesto wrap. Basically they lied to us. Worst customer service ever. They were hanging out with their friends not taking orders and cursing in the back.
