I have never in my entire life experienced service like this. They are very rude and disrespectful and don’t deserve to run a business. I called because there wasn’t any shrimp in my order, she tell me it’s my fault I ordered the wrong combo and put someone else on the phone that was being even ruder, Amanda hung up the phone in my face after I said I will be by to bring it back since they was being so rude. She told me I can bring it back but I won’t get my money back and hung up in my face! I found out who the owner was from a different store so I called back and asked to speak to him, she then goes to say she is the wife he listens to her. Moral of the story she didn’t care to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience or even tried to fix the situation when I always go here as long as you’re giving them your money it’s ok, but if you have a problem they treat you like s****. The way they talk to me was beyond disrespectful, laughing in the back ground I couldn’t believe that a business acted like this. Keep your money the one in Montgomery taste so much better, why spend your money with people that only care about the money because in this situation that’s exactly how I felt! I NEVER wrote reviews and I’m not stopping here because they will not treat another human being how they treated me and my family. She didn’t after they hung up on me sent me a message of what I ordered also telling me it’s my fault not hers!!!!!
The crab was mushy. Either super over cooked or old. Waitress was pleasant, she offered to send the manager over multiple times although I declined the first 2 and said I would just pay although I didnt eat it. The 3rd time I said ok and the manager never came. We were the first customers, so no excuse for the quality of the food or the lack of service.

Slow service or hardly any service at all. Needed something to drink most of the time, asked 3 times. And they apply their own tip without consent. Don't mind tipping when service is worthy. The service and food is not worth the money. The restaurant was not full at all.
I LOVE the atmosphere… the food is great… customer service is superb.. the prices are affordable AND no matter what you order. You’re guaranteed to get your money’s worth…. *This is NOT a paid review I don’t know the owners * LOL my daughter and I ate here last night? We really enjoyed ourselves….
Great food, atmosphere, and service. Waitress (Faith) was very friendly and helpful. Our bill was over $20 per only because we ordered mixed drinks and lobster.
Spice was there and the food was delivered to me nice, fresh, and hot. However, the only major complaint I had was that the sauce was extremely thin and watery. I could barely taste the seasonings. Tasted more like straight melted butter. I know each seafood place does it differently, but I was expecting more of a thicker sauce for my meal.
We had an awesome waitress and delicious low country boil. It hit the spot. We are looking forward to our next visit.
My husband and I had lunch here today. The decor and atmosphere is very attractive and well done. The bar was not open for lunch due to staffing shortage, so I couldn't attest to the alcoholic beverages. I had the fried oyster basket with seasoned fries, cole slaw, and sweet tea. My husband had a half & half lunch basket with shrimp and oysters, fries, cole slaw, and sweet tea. Everything was very good, but they could use a little less batter on their fried seafood. The oysters and shrimp were quite large, which was a pleasant surprise too. 'Dell' was our server, and the only server there. It wasn't busy when we first arrived, around 1:00. She did a great job and was very professional. It had picked up by the time we were ready to leave, but she still performed her job perfectly. They even took the time to write a lovely note on our receipt. I hope this restaurant does well and is able to hire more staff!
A puffy bag of seafood deliciousness!! Sat at the bar and service was great. The shrimp, sausage, boiled eggs and rice was cooked to perfection and spiced just right. Highly recommend.
