Staff was polite but obviously short staffed, like most places. I recommend thos location but be prepared to wait.
Service is so-so, they are a little slow. Food is always, mediocre, inexpensive.
I read the reviews and had to check myself. Trust the reviews, they were spot on. Long waits and rude service. Worth the drive to go to S. College st. Or Opelika Rd. Locations to get better service with less waiting.
Terrible experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Waited 5 minutes at the register with no greeting. Finally an employee told us to order at the kiosk. After much back and forth, our kiosk orders were placed. We paid for 3 drinks but when we picked them up, they had no unsweetened tea and the Sierra Mist was out of syrup. We ended up with 3 waters after paying for drinks. Orders were wrong. Staff was rude. We have no plans to return here.
This Taco Bell is around the corner from me but it’s almost worth going to a different Taco Bell across town then go to the gay st location. It’s probably the most poorly managed Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. LONG waits. I’m talk 20-30 mins when there are 5 cars ahead of you. Sometimes the food is skimped topping or cold.
I've never had a worse experience at a taco bell before. Not only was the service bad, but the food was thrown in the bag so the tacos fell apart since they weren't wrapped correctly. Do not recommend coming to this taco bell.
Waited 15 min in drive thru just to realize every car in front of me had been ignored at the speaker like I was and pulled off. Just don’t understand why your employees decided to shut down in the middle of the day haha. At least could’ve said something if there was a reason seems to me they were just being lazy
The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Have physically had my food thrown at me by one of the two people working. Honestly should be demolished and some other subpar restaurant be built in its place
Hi, I'm an uber driver and on several occasions I've had to pick up customers and Taco Bell is the place where they've brought me so badly to the point that I had to cancel the order, they're unprofessional and very bad behavior, they've arrived even disrespectful, that's why I leave my experience reflected so that they don't suffer from the bad treatment they give you in that place.
If I could give it zero stars I would but I ordered online and they closed an hour before they were scheduled too and I could get my pick up order so I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my cold food, in which the cheese inside my quesadillas weren’t even melted and got my order wrong
