Employees attitude stinks ,oven was broken put sandwiche in microwave it fell to say oven was out came out hard,when I asked for sandwiche to be redone made me waite 30 minutes before redoing it.sandwas for an elderly person when it explain they wouldn't be able to eat it. Attitudes adjustments needs at this place.
This is the only terrible place you can go to.If you really asking for the worst subway experience this is it everybody. I understand that when a customer walks in and doesn’t order you ask them politely may i help you, but this guy at the store ( HE’s BALD SHORT HEIGHT, BROWN/BLACK SKIN SATURATION ) was like do you wanna order ? I said yeah hold on just a minute because i was on phone and sitting on the chair not interrupting the line or nobody and there wasn’t noone even and then i get to line and he ignored me because i said to wait and then he says hurry up i got business to handle too, like for real you tell this to someone who’s sandwich you’re about to make now. And then HE STARTED MAKING MY VEGGIE SANDWICH WITH SAME GLOVES AS HE MADE THE PREVIOUS ORDER OF MEATBALLS CUT THE SANDWICH WITH SAME KNIFE ? ( Subway please get enough inventory to stores ).
Tommy is very prompt and nice. If only he could put his personality to the young lady that works with him. Service with her is ok...my sub was a little sloppy, they had no change in register and she waited until she made my order to tell me she had no $1s and I need to pay with a card. Wow! Should have said that before. But once again, Tommy is an excellent employee.
Arrived to the store at 8 PM to order because their hours online stated they closed at 9 PM. As soon as I entered the building the two workers were very rude and asked if I had a mobile order which i did not and said the workers stated they only accepted mobile orders? I could understand if it was when covid was bad but not being able to order in person is ridiculous.

Every rude associate now!!! I am really not coming back to this location ever!!!! I ask for extra black olives and she told that was all she could give me I told her I would pay for extra and she said she had no way to charge me for it.

As a former employee of subway (a different location) this store in particular is consistently disappointing, especially when i order online. The preparation of the subs is constantly bad, missing ingredients, awful portioning, and today a new fantastic failure, uncooked bacon on a toasted sandwich. Knowing the procedure for the bacon this is incredibly hard to do if you are doing anything slightly as told. I imagine the bacon was forgotten then added back without being toasted separately and if that's the case then someone needs to be retrained on food safety. I get that we all have our bad days but a blatant disregard for the customers health and experience is just not okay. Unless the staff responsible is retrained I'll be going to the Ogletree location that does prepare meals with some sort of dignity
