I absolutely hate this subway. Everytime I come there is one or two women workers who have the nastiest attitude and always complaining. She rush making my sandwhiches and is so rude. Dont waste your time or money on them.
If you ever want to visit a subway where NO WORKERS are present this is it. I mean no workers are physically there. The restaurant is open, but no one there. Just make your own sandwich like you do at home. If you own this location your workers are idiots. Time to upgrade them.
Very poor customer service ???? my sandwich was fixed were previous sandwiches were made didn't clean up work area not a very friendly atmosphere
completely random hours. They were closed at 5 on a wednesday, I tried 3 on a sunday, and 5:30 today (monday) there are two employees just smoking in their car with the door locked. When they ARE open, if you can ever figure that out, the employees are lazy and borderline incompetent. I ordered online from there many times and they have not once gotten my order completely correct. Often not toasting, “forgetting” toppings, or sometimes giving me something completely different than what I ordered. not sure why it’s so difficult to follow what’s written directly in front of you, but I suppose that’s too much to ask from the same people who lock the door during dinner time on a weekday to sit in their car smoking. Nevertheless, when the food is correct, it’s good. However, that’s rare so good luck. It’s extremely frustrating never knowing when they will be open. Needs to management who cares.
Talking about current/former employees in front of customers and being rude to other customers is unacceptable, and I am sure she is the manager.

If you enjoy getting yelled at for trying to be patient, this is the place for you. Lady that seems to be in charge is always raising her voice and getting smart with customers.
I wish the bread wouldn't dry out when it gets toasted. Other than that, it was perfect. Nice server. Esp. because I'm a yankee & haven't mastered the southern foreign language. Haha jk. I love that sweet onion sauce. It's why I go there.
The manager is extremely rude. Every single time I go she is reading her voice and catching attitude for no reason. She is ugly to her customers and I’m sure to her employees as well. Wouldn’t go back if they weren’t the only subway open.
Favorite. Sandwich. Place. Ever! They never disappoint. Even the new hires were awesome and well trained.
