Great Starbucks! As we all know, Starbucks doesn’t usually disappoint! Friendly staff and accommodating to warm up baby food too! Very clean and welcoming! Clean bathrooms too!
There seems to be either a very serious lack of proper training or poor management at this location. They keep handing out bags that fall apart when anything hot is placed in them. A normal manager or zone manager would resolve this instead of forcing customers to deal with it or get lost.They also refuse to hand out napkins unless you ask even when you get food. They also force you to wait for five minutes while tea seeps…just hand me the tea and I’ll let it steep. No biggie. I agree with some of the baristas having huge attitudes. I’m Muslim and some of them can be extremely ignorant at times. LOVE having the college kids from out of town work the window as they don’t have an attitude. If it wasn’t for this Starbucks being close to my house I wouldn’t purchase anything from this location. I have a meeting tomorrow and I want to get some coffee but I am already dreading what kind of issues I’ll have here. I should probably stop going honestly. :(
The girl with the blue hair needs to be fired or put in the back where she doesn't have to communicate with customers! Her attitude is absolutely ridiculous! She always get my orders wrong on purpose, today I had some unnatural substance on my crossiant that was not suppose to be there. She also charged me for a trenta and only half way filled my drink up, should of been charged venti price! I have had way more than one bad experience with this girl! She is so rude to every customer, she was also being so rude to the girl in front of me that placed a mobile order. Which she has been super rude to me before because of a mobile order!! I have complained before and didn't see her for awhile and now she is back unfortunately. So now I'll have to drive 20 minutes to get my starbucks just so I want have to deal with her attitude or messing up my order that I pay for! I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I go to Starbucks almost daily and I'm just so tired of her putting me or my fiancé in such a bad mood because of her attitude and messing up our order! But thank you to corporate starbucks online for always trying to make the situation right! Hopefully she want be back this time!
The person that helped us was wonderful. He was patient and listened carefully to how we wanted the drinks prepared.

The coffee was excellent. The blueberry muffin, while a bit on the small side, was flavorful with a pleasant texture and no artificial blueberry taste.
Waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches.. They gave me my drink And just forget about your boy

Never again ordering here had a mobile order one was ready the other took a whole 45 mins to make everyone that walked in after me got there's as I stood here just waiting and wondering why mine was taken forever..... It was beyond ridiculous....
I think this is the prettiest Starbucks i’ve been to so far. I loved the different goodies they have on stock, the art on the walls and how quick but kind the staff was.I tried my best to capture how pretty this place is but I kinda was in a rush plus the store was crowded at the time, which was lunch time.I also want to add this is the first Starbucks where my family and I will place a big order of 8 different coffees and not have a single mistake in any of them.Thank you so much!
