Was late to pick up my mobile order (they had thrown away all the orders that hadn't been picked up since they were closing) and they made me a new drink even though they were closing! So sweet and will of course be back :)
as a seattle-ite this doesn't feel like home since there isn't a starbucks on every corner, nice try though.

Great place for 8$ coffee
The Starbucks here has slow service. Usually crowded. Also, I found out that they are not a participating store for those who bought any Starbucks time-based refillable cups or tumblers. If you come to this Starbucks regularly as a student, don’t buy or bring the month-long free Starbucks drink containers.

Not only was my chia tea latte half full, but it also had no milk in it whatsoever. Wasted 5 bucks. And it came out late. Not going back.
Staff is nice, but cannot make anything right. I ordered 2 things on two different days and they both came out wrong! After saying something, they tried to fix it, but just made the drink worse. I ended up throwing the second drink away because it was just nasty. The staff is nice but otherwise clueless when it comes to making drinks. From now on, I will be making my own!
The staff obviously works hard to get all of the orders out. However, if you're a student looking to grab a drink between classes, be prepared for a long line and lots of waiting! It's not too busy while classes are in session, so if you can get there when it's not passing period, you should. Otherwise it's best to bring your own coffee to school. Haven't had a problem with the staff though. They're pretty reliable.
