Sonic is sonic, only thing that separates 2-3 star food from a 5 star experience is customer service. Clock your order out 10-20 minutes before it’s actually done.
If I could put 0/5 stars I would. I cannot even express my disappointment. Anybody who knows me knows that my Sonic go-to is the Coney. Yesterday on the way home, I stopped by to order my husband and I one. Got home and got 1/4 of the way through eating it when something told me to flip the bun over. MOLD MOLD MOLD!! These people had me eating mold. I am still livid. It's just really disgusting and will probably never got back to Sonic again after this. Just really let down. Don't even know how much mold I sat there and ate. Gross.
When did sonic start being a drive through only? Last I checked, we still had stalls. I pulled in, press button and told drive through only. I responded that’s a thing? No response. Honestly I just left. I only ever get a drink but if I wanted to drive through, I would. I was planning to get out and sit outside with my daughter. Anyways if there is drive through only; can we just get rid of stalls since apparently it’s a thing? It’s a hit or miss here and honestly sonic isn’t what it use to be. Also can we bring cheddar bites back? With yellow cheese. The best!!!!
My order was incorrect, I called to report the issue after I got home and a manager called me back almost immediately, unfortunately she had an attitude. I tried to explain to her that I didn't want free food just to report the poor customer service.
A bad day for Sonic. I pulled into a spot and it took over a minute for them to tell me they had drive-thru service only. I got in line behind 6 or 7 cars. When I got to the speaker she said wait to order. The three cars in front of me all your their food. Another car drove around all of us and pulled in line at the window. When they got their food I left and sunny to Cook Out. I was in line for 16 minutes for nothing.
This place has the worst employees of any restaurant. The people that work here are so lazy and do not do their jobs. You will wait for 40 minutes on food just to find out they were never making it. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed for allowing such bad levels of service. I would advise you go to another place for food if you think if coming to this location.
This Sonic is kinda hit or miss. The workers all seem to be very nice and personable but the consistency of service is just weird. I've been twice in recent months (it's on my regular route lol) and time #1 I was told that they didn't have the item advertised on the billboard/sign...not like they were out but that that was a limited time offer and it's no longer available. Time #2 I pulled into one of the stalls to order and was abruptly informed that they were only doing drive thru unless there was a mobile order. Considering many places have recently added curbside which used to be a unique part of the Sonic experience, I wouldn't think this is the right time to be scaling back on that service. I mean, the carhop, the stalls, the staying in your car...that's all part of the Sonic thing and often why I've chosen to visit any Sonic location.But it's conveniently located for me, my order hasn't ever been wrong, and they are generally pretty pleasant. So eh...it's okay.
Foodacklys is right up the road and will treat you right.Ordered a couple of Pickle Burger meals through the app, waited 30 minutes for my food. Finally went through the drive through where they only gave me half of my order and they were plain cheeseburgers.The manager then told me that the Pickle Burger doesn't come with pickles and was extremely rude about it, very dismissive.Yikes, get it together. I won't be going back.
Place is horribly slow and the workers are often sitting outside doing nothing. They only take mobile orders but the workers are too busy sitting outside to actually make them. The last time I was there one of the workers got on a car and started twerking on it as I just sat there and watched them waiting on my food.
Milkshakes and blasts, tots, and the chili cheese coney are all great!
