My husband and I visited this place for the first time . We were here down from South Carolina and even though we have traveled to many seafood restaurants in our lives this was truly the best food. Everything was seasoned and freshly cook definitely on point. Charlotte who was our waitress was a awesome server very friendly and attentive. Job well done from the table to the cook. Thanks! We will be making special trips for this favorite spot
Food was just ok. Service is slow.Revision:Been a big fan of Shrimp Basket for years at Montgomery store. Last few visita consistent in AU. Taste your food and condiments and work on service. Let me know, I'll try again!
Came in tonight after the baseball game. It was busy so there was a bit of a wait, but we didn’t mind. The staff were all very friendly, the manager was great she delivered our food and talked with us for a while. They checked back often and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to return next time I’m in town.
Honestly, for the price's , the food and quality of it isn't adding up. We spent 12 dollars on the "smoked tuna dip" appetizer, it looked like a downgrade of tuna you make at your own home. For my meal, i got the shrimp po boy. The shrimp tasted like the grease was old and the fries were hard. We ended up spending a total of fifty something dollars. Like i said for the actual taste of the food, that price just doesn't add up to me. I won't be going back either. Only because i would rather spend that kind of money on food i know i will eat.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!Only 2 tables were occupied when we arrived, took 15 minutes for waitress to cime place our order.Restaurant began to get busy after we placed our order then every other table began getting their food.We were there over an hour and our food still had not come. Finally just left.There was no shortage of wait staff but the RUDE waitress wanted to say the delay was because they were busy. Our order was not complicated yet the 1st people there was NOT served.Will never visit shrimp basket again.I wish there was a way to say NO STAR RATING

Stopped by while shopping in Auburn. The service was awesome. The shrimp were fried perfectly. Altogether a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
