The food tastes good but cashier was rude and dismissive; cared more about getting an extra $1.50 out of me than listening that I didn't order a cup of salsa.
I go here normally but they have changed some things since they have first opened. They used to have boca but they stopped with that. I have always gotten a bag of chips with my meals. I’ve always seen them scoop two or even three scoops into the bag. Now all of a sudden, it’s one scoop. This bag is practically empty. A small bag should not be one scoop especially if the meal as a whole is coming out to $14 and it’s not even a combo. I will no longer be coming here at all. Unacceptable.
The food is absolutely amazing! But the employee Nita was very disrespectful and called me, the customer, rude for only asking a question. I didn’t appreciate the disrespect and Salsarita’s would be better if she didn’t work with the customers.
Horrible customer service, owners were rude and unpleasant after asking more about different meat options, food was obviously not fresh and at least a day old, absolutely waste of money, do not recommend
Customer service great food fresh and it not taco bell it better you can sit and eat and it's clean.
This has become one of my favorite places to eat around Auburn. Consistently: great service, fresh food, and clean atmosphere.
I have been to a lot of restaurants in a lot of different cities. And you always get what you pay for if you want an adult meal pay for an adult meal do not go to a restaurant order a kids meal and expect to be served an adult mealI have been to Salsarita’s in montgomery in Auburn and Charlotte and the portion size is very reasonable for what you are paying.I was little Disappointed to read that review when an adult order a kids meal knowing fully well it’s for kids 10 years and under. You should be embarrassed to even put up that review. A lot of people are grateful that in this pandemic that they have a job.You should be very happy that people are still trying to serve you on these conditions. Here is some advice there anyone out there who is trying to tarnish a good reputation of hard-working people stay home and cook please don’t embarrass yourselves.
The burritos are bussin’, the customer service is immaculate, the interior is incredibly clean and tidy. This place is heaven in Auburn. SO underrated. I love this place. Every time I have walked into this building, I have left with the stupidest grin on my face because this place is good vibes ??.
The people that run this place are absolute crooks. Don't know how to run a restaurant and understand nothing about customer service. Refuse to even put toppings on a Kids Nacho even though the corporate website clearly says it comes with toppings. If you ask for even a little extra of anything given their serving sizes are tiny (salsa, tomatoes, cheese, or even rice), they upcharge you. Moe's and Chipotle do this for free. Stay away. Can't wait for this business to be run out of town which I am sure they will be. Among the worst QSR Mexican places in town. If one doesn't enjoy customer service, one shouldn't be in the customer service business!!
I used to go to the Salsarita’s in Homewood a lot and I’m happy to see that they have one in Auburn. It’s similar to Moe’s or Chipotle, but I like the atmosphere better than Chipotle.
