Hit or miss by a mile. If you order thru a delivery service something is ALWAYS missing. I ordered a fish sandwich received a chicken sandwich and the mash potatoes were gummy and tasteless. No drink per usual! The apple pie was the only thing they got right. Check your food when you receive it.
Not a pleasant experience. Lobby doors locked at 2:30 no sign as too why. Try to place order in drive-thru they cut you off before your done speaking.. seems like every thing we ordered they were out of.. then had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to bring our food out.
They need to just shut down permanently and let something else open up that is going to serve customers consistently. 80% of the time the dining room is locked, with no pattern or reasons why. They frequently just shut the whole restaurant down, including the drive-thru, during business hours. If they are shutting down every other day, then they have serious problems. It's frustrating to people who drive or walk to the restaurant during lunch or dinner, only to be turned away. And when they are actually open, half the menu is unavailable because of shortages. Just go to KFC down the street.
Absolutely awful customer service. Don’t order online because they’re gonna make you wait 45 minutes in line at the drive thru since the lobby is locked, only to find out your online order isn’t ready yet and you have to wait another “15” minutes. Then they never bring your food to you.
By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. I pulled up to order and the person taking my order was very rude. My friend and I pulled around and there were 3 girls standing outside the drive thru window just hanging out and eating with the staff. As we waited for our food there were two employees that were licking their fingers, eating, and playing with their hair. When I requested a refund the manager stated that the girl licking her fingers didn’t prepare my food and that he didn’t give refunds. The manager was very rude! I’ve been eating at this location for years but will NEVER come back after what I saw and the way that me and my friend were treated.
Asked for breast and a leg mild. Gave us a thigh and a leg spicy. Went back bc they forgot our fries. Red beans were cold. They gave us a breast but it was spicy. Laughing at us. Terrible service and we drove 10 mins off the interstate for this terrible food. Do not recommend at all
I went through drive thru inside was closed I had a doordash pickup it was a name in Chinese no numbers or letters. The girl said what’s the name over on over, I told her it’s in Chinese as I’m no letters or numbers. Then she said in her background whoever this is they don’t need to be doing doordash. She was rude , unprofessional, and very impatient she definitely don’t need to be working until she learn better communication and learn how to talk to people. The managers need to do better with hiring anybody
Very bad experience, two consecutive takeout orders went wrong. The first food was taken by someone else because it was sent to the wrong place. For the second order, they refused to make my food after payment, and their attitude was very bad when communicating about refund. I don't think popyes will have a good reputation again until they have a new staff.
Very disappointed in the service provided. I ordered online and paid online but when I came to pick it up I was ignored and told to cancel it. Confused why I couldn’t get fried chicken at a fried chicken place and went to Publix lol. It’s a better deal anyways
My wife made an online order. When I arrived to pick it up, she could not find where the order had been placed and was becoming rude with me. Apparently she thought I was lying. I showed her the online receipt. When the manger came up, she found it in the computer in 2 seconds. When I asked for dark meat only, the employee had an attitude and moved slow as molasses. When I arrived home 30 minutes later, she had given me white meat only and did not give me my full order. Did not waste your money at this location.
