Awful service if you try to order pizza for AU. The associate working on July 26 was unwilling to help with an order. The associate would not help with the AU tax-exempt requirements. I could not reach the manager to assist in any of the processes. I would not recommend this store for ordering pizza. The associate was rude and would not share the manager's business contact information with me. Apparently, I could only ask for a tax exemption from the manager. However, he was not available and did not have the contact information.
First time ordering from this location, delivery was late, box had no seal, pizza was cold, edges burned, skimpy on toppings and the receipt was stuck in the box with food and no garlic sauce was in the box. Called and asked for refund, was only given 50 percent back for the price I paid. Disgusting..will never order from this location again. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Need to re-evaluate management!
My order said 31-41 minutes when places at 7:10pm it did not arrive until 8:57pm. All my food was cold and I have to heat everything up. Called while waiting over an hour and a half and was told my pizza was out for delivery but I was the 6th person being delivered to AND that the time should be that long they just forgot to update the time in their system. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten that poor excuse. Never again.
Today is 6/11/2022 I did a online order. I purchased $40.00 worth and also gave a tip that I really wished I could take back. I will be returning every single item and a refund of my money. I also called in talked to a MANAGER BY THE NAME OF PATE OR PAIGE WHO WAS VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE IN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I need the OWNER TO GET DOWN HERE FAST IN REGAIN HIS or HER STORE BEFORE this place lose out on plenty money. This store is nasty, rude, and lack of knowledge. As a manager in speaking with one he is horrible. This location needs training asap! If the head isn't right the while store will never be right. The quality of the food was horrible. The wings not even done, the papa Philly was horrible!! If the customers not happy they don't get paid or received a raise if the money not coming in. I was told Papa John's don't do remakes at all. I was applaud in I will come back again!!
this place was supposed to be open at 10:30 I came at 11 AM the people inside had the door locked had cut off the phone and just stared at me
I placed an online order, delivery time was 39 minutes. Received a call less than 1 minutes after the order, and was informed that in the future, I need to call them ahead of time to place a large order like that and my delivery time would be an hour and half.(Rudely)I didn't know that 2 large pizzas, wings and cheese bread was a large order. Their Policy is if you order 12 or more pizzas. However, I canceled my order and won't be ordering again.
Me and my sister had ordered a pizza it was cold and soggy. We also got food poisoning.
Didn't order it with blue cheese, but me and my wife are adventurous!! 10/10 would recommend, although we can't find the option for it on the website, so it might have been a secret testing item!
Ordered what was supposed to be “New York Style” pizza and it was hand tossed. Attempted to call the store 30 minutes before closing and the phones were already switched to off.
I have called this location countless times to review an order that was not to my satisfaction. Each time I’ve called I have been responded to with generic prompts, misunderstanding and they have hung up on me twice. If this is any representation of the quality of work that Papa John’s strives for I would much rather take my business elsewhere.
