Very nice atmosphere and food <3
It was good but I dont think what we ordered was worth the price. The mac and cheese wasn't as good as i remembered. Either way, this is still one of the healthier spots to eat, i believe.
Always polite service and a good version of panera. Bagels are better here than some other places we've been.
Furniture is rundown and needs repair. Makes me wonder what else is being neglected. Service is slow.
A few of the things I wanted were not available due to the fact they're in the middle of changing the menu for the season (understandable). I was told there was no bacon, but ended up with bacon on my sandwich anyway! All in all, I was pleased and enjoyed my lunch☺️
I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which was advertised to have grapes and almonds in it. Neither was and I just called the manager, and he simply said that they were out of grapes and a new person was doing the prep and he didn’t add the almonds. I thought that as a customer, I should have been told that those items were missing and could have decided if I wanted the item. I thought that the manager should have been more accommodating and offered another sandwich to replace that one. Very disappointed with his response especially for Panera Bread.
Friendly staff, clean place and good food. The tomato soup is really good!
The food is really good, but the employees are lazy. I waited for a curbside order for around an hour until i went in and asked what was going on. They told me that they "looked for my car and couldn't find it". You could literally see my vehicle through the window, meaning that you could find my car without even leaving the restaurant. I've had other bad experiences with curbside, but that was the most recent one.
Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait 'till next time.
I’ve had good experiences here, I’ve had bad experiences here, overall I think the good outweighs the bad. The Panera Plus subscription, their rewards system, and the taste and quality of their food overall is what keeps me coming back. My orders aren’t always correct (I once received bacon in a vegetarian sandwich), but when they are, they’re delicious. It’s very nice to have high quality vegetarian options when not many are available in this area.
