Food was good. Not the best but it was good. Friendly staff. Quick service. I would go back. Price was fair. Clean environment. My complaint is they don’t offer noodles with your hibachi. They only offer rice.
After waiting an hour at the table for the chef, basically paid for the family across the table to eat bc by the time he got around to our side all we ended up getting was the gristle scraps. I was told they honor birthdays only to be told AFTER finishing the little food that we got, that they do not do anything for birthdays anymore. Poor service, over cooked and over priced food, and horrible attitude/service by the manager or whoever the woman was. Never will be back.

I do realize that they may have been short handed due to covid but this was my second poor experience at this location. I don't think I will try again. It was my birthday and because they assumed I had a seafood allergy they insisted on cooking my food in the back..... needless to say I ended up not even able to eat with my party and had to take my food to go due to the fact that it took so long to prepare. Also, the chef was incredibly unintertaining!
if you want real good food dont eat at this mikatas go to the one in columbus its worth the drive. i will never eat at this one again. it sucked bad
I have been to Mikata twice now and I am nothing short of impressed. Both times we had hibachi and it was fantastic. I think our Chef's name was Richard and he was amazing. Hilarious, great show, delicious food, excellent service, and overall a great place to go. If you want dinner and a show Mikata is the place to go!
