This review is solely based on one individual. To the guy that was taking orders this morning at 8:27 a.m. thank you. It has been a very long time since I have experienced the energy that you brought to the table today. Typically when I visit fast food restaurants it seems as if the employee do not want to be there . Not you. You were just as bubbly taken my order as she was when you were taking my payment and I appreciate that. I hope your management team sees this in you and appreciates what a good team member they have .

They seem to be running short handed all the time every week I wait at the order place in drive thru 4 to five minutes by anyone even speaks to me much less takes my order. Today even after I spoke 1st and today for 3 of those 5 I was the only car in the drive thru its unacceptable

I normally don't get too picky or specific with my orders ..but this morning I just really wanted my Iced coffee a specific way. The drive thru team of 2 or 3 that I talked to and interacted with her incredibly kind, efficient, and even, reassuring to me. The Iced Coffee, at this point, could've been made wrong and I would've accepted it. But they nailed that too. Thank you!

Takeout on their terms. Doors locked, bring it to you 30 mins after you order. Literally didn't say a word when the food was dropped off, either. We were about to leave when our food finally came.

Didn’t get what I ordered, shocker right? I asked for extra apples, he tells me to check my receipt, that’s extra. I said I don’t care I’ll pay, it’s what I ordered. He tells me to pull up while I get the change because I’m holding up the drive through line.Then he takes the money I had already collected and just told me to leave.

The service was horrible an very unorganize?...when I place my order the cashier seem to be very confused of his job functions an when asked for help team leader was rude an had the nerve to make a smart remark using profanity when it came to my order?...I dont know maybe it was a off day for the crew an I dont normally stop there for work but im no planning on going back to that location no time soon ?

I would give them NO stars if I could. Every morning it’s something different with them. They never answer the intercom . Have you waiting up to 5 mins without saying anything when they could tell you they will be right there . Just rude !! After day 3 I just gave up . I’ll give my business to Burger King!!

I took my grandson here for his birthday. The Fries were cold & unsalted. The ice cream cone was very small. I personally don't like their food, but this is where he wanted to eat. It wouldn't bother me if they closed them all down. The food isn't fit for human consumption & I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

In addition to a McFlurry filled less than halfway, I got a double quarter pounder with bacon. I took two bites, realized there was no bacon. I went inside to get it exchanged. I was asked if I wanted bacon on the side or my burger remade, I asked for it remade. I heard the manager voice her disapproval at my request, then the cook came out and also made some rude comments. They did remake the food, but they did so begrudgingly. It was their mistake, and a bummer to be made to feel like I was doing something wrong.

Waited on food for 45min. Got asked 3 times what did I order after they took my order and cash. Very poorly run.I do not recommend to eat here.
