Manager is extremely rude to her employees. You should not be screaming at your employees especially in front of your guest.
Mobile order: I was missing items out of my order. I called to let them know. An employee said that they would bring my food right out. I waited for over ten minutes before deciding to leave. The food that I did leave with was absolutely disgusting. I will not return to this location in the future.
If I could give this restaurant a zero or below I would. Thet are a disgrace to the franchise. I have not had any problems with other locations.

Three times in a row now, this location has "forgotten" about two thirds of my order. I run a store, I dont have time to constantly go back to a fast food restaurant for them to fix the same mistake they keep making. It wouldnt be nearly as bad if they weren't being snarky about having to fix it and acting like it's my fault they can't manage to make sure three mcchickens land in a paper bag. Nobody expects amazing service from a mcdonalds, but come on. We learned how to count in kindergarten, people.
One star this store don’t even deserve that. Who owns this McDonald’s? Do you ever go in to see how your operations is running???? You ought to be ashamed of yourself & the employees there!!!! Customer service, has an attitude of don’t bother me…My food COLD, unmelted cheese, thrown into a bag with the wrappers not even folded on food. Placed everything I bought into the garbage can. If you’re not going to provide good service, good employees & food close your doors!Your customers deserve much better…..
Worst experience at a mcds ever. Would not even give one star. Our family of 6 went in and the lady just points and tells us order on the kiosk. We did and got a number for our food to be brought to us at our table. After 10 mins of waiting we went and asked for our drink cups. Another 10 mins and we had to go up to the counter as they were calling out ticket numbers instead of the table number we got. All our good was messed up. Missing patties on mcdoubles, no cheese on most sandwiches. Had to go up there for missing food. My husband's big mac was partially made. The patties were burnt but cold. Employees were rude, yelling at eachother and cussing at eachother. Fries were super cold too. Absolutely horrible experience.
Store was nasty. Drive thru was extremely slow. Had to go inside then told they weren't open but would take my order anyway. After the drive thru 10 minutes wait another 20 minutes inside. Rude and talking under their breath thinking I couldn't hear them. Some cursing. The last three visits were all very poor service. We will not visit this spot again. Spread the word looks like their are other dissatisfied customers
This McDonalds is not clean. It took 1 hour to get our food. Please avoid this McDonalds.Management said she was giving refunds all day because of order issues.I was afraid to eat my food because of how dirty it was.Does not deserve a star.
You call this fast food? More like socializing time for the ten workers behind the counter. They should get some tips from Chick-fil-A.
