This McDonald’s is effing atrocious. They always have an excuse for why they can’t take your order or something isn’t working or they are cash only etc. i hate this place.
Another horrible service used the app, stated i. Was instore and heard them talking about the mobile order, after 10 minutes i went to the register and asked did yalll make my food and didnt bring it to me? young girl said “yeah” and handed me my food, pls do better mcdonalds there was no drive thru line or any customers in store… yall falling off bad stop hiring these kids
The Service is terrible, I did not get what I actual ordered and the food preparation was a mess. If you don't like your job then find a better one that suits you but a word of caution, you are still going to be expected to actual do your job right and give good customer service. Never going there again.
I always have to repeat my order. They tell me to go ahead, I say my order slowly, and then they’re like “wait tell me again”. I ordered 2 cookies today and was rudely told they don’t sell cookies when I know for a fact that they do because I ordered them at this location yesterday. I would have gladly waited for them to make some if they ran out but wasn’t given the option. Also if you do food delivery good luck. I’ve waited inside for 10+ minutes before without being spoken to only to find out my delivery was ready. It just had the wrong number on it. If someone had come to the counter to greet me it could have been an in and out trip.
It's there if there's nothing else, but Whataburger is down the street and open 24 hours. Food was okay when I got it last time. Could be better, but not abhorrent.
Worst place ever to go. Especially in the evening. You may face different problems, and the staff can be gossiping inside while you spend all your time waiting on them to take your order. And often, after one hour of waiting, you will end up leaving without what you came for. I don't know if all the McDonald's are like that, but the ones in Auburn (W Magnolia and on A College are the worst place to go if you need to eat). It is really a problem!
This place needs to be shut down. The employees are so incredibly rude! They don't even look at you when they hand you your food. God forbid you ask for something because they will snap at you. My food is always wrong and if you send it back they will mess it up even worse on purpose. I have tried numerous times thinking it will be a little better because I live right next door and it is so convenient but after the last time I went I am definitely not going to be returning. They acted like they were closed and I watched 5 cars in front of me drive away. I had put in an online order so I knew they were open. I drove up to the second window and after sitting there for a while they finally opened the window and they were all laughing inside. They acted like they never got the order and took a long time to make it. The whole order was messed up! I just don't understand how one place can have so many awful employees with no respect for others!
I’ve never written or even felt the need to leave a review before but this was sad. Sat at the drive through, where you place your order at, for 20 minutes before anyone answered. Then sat at the second window, where they told be to pull up, for another 10. They got my change wrong. (It was 3.90 total) and guy in there was cussing up a storm. I can see my drinks that I ordered through the window. Will keep updated if I ever get my drinks. Kinda funny at this point.
You never go to a McDonald’s expecting anything good, so my expectations are low coming in, but somehow this store manages to be worse than I thought possible. Try to avoid at all times, but NEVER go past 9pm unless you like waiting in a McDonald’s drive through for 45 minutes
One of the slowest, most inconsiderate, and rude experiences of my life. If you want your food within 30 minutes don’t even consider this place.
