The young lady taking our order could not have been less interested. No smile. No welcome. Only interaction was to say they were out of jalapeño chips and Tabasco and to give the total due. Food was fine as usual but the usual ambiance of a welcoming place was completely missing.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this McAlister's. I go 1-2 a week and have never had an issue. My food is always on point and the staff is fast and friendly and able to answer any questions that I have. Much appreciated!
There food is really good, but I go just for the fresh chocolate chip cookies! The manager makes them PERFECTLY!
Wilted lettuce, a lump of meat, and I wouldn’t have expected a sandwich listed as garden fresh to be hot!! Disappointed to say the least
Haven't been in awhile. Today the food we got was delicious. Hubby did the Steak & Cheese loaded Spud, steak had such a good flavor. I ordered the Salad/Sandwich combo. I chose the Memphian (but they were out of Ham ?) and the Chicken Southwest salad (?) Also very yummy. But I did have complete sticker shock when we got the total!! Almost $30 for 2 of us and he got Sweet Tea, I only had water. Probably can't afford to eat here much unless we split something! I mean it was lunch, not a Fancy steak dinner ?
Really really good. Fresh ingredients. I actually had an issue the time before the last time but the food is so good it didn't deter me. A one off happens sometimes. One of my favorite spots. I love the grilled chicken.
Cashier spent 5 minutes ignoring the customers in the restaurant while on the phone. The kitchen manager finally saw what was happening and took our orders. Cashier said she was taking an order but stood nowhere near a register the entire time. Restaurant was not busy mid-afternoon but had dirty dishes stacked on tables and in the dish collection area
They had good food. I had lunch here and really liked it
Cold sandwich. It's the first time I've ever been in a McAlister's when they didn't heat up the meat and melt the cheese on the sandwich.
Carrot Cake was excellentsalad and raspberry dressing was delicious. Service was very friendly. Clean place and the price was right !! Will def eat in again before head back to PA.
