We ordered a crisppy pizza and got a burnt pizza if they don't feel like cooking better don't.
Great authentic pizza and cool staff.
Marco's pizza, and (to be more direct) it's management don't care about their workers. Pizza is ok, but the wages were stagnant, and the appreciation was minimal. As a Christmas gift we received a $15 bowling pass, meanwhile the 2020 year was one of that franchise locations best on record earning Richard a large sum. If you like pizza buy from somewhere else that appreciates and pays it's workers more. [Paid $10 as a manager]
The staff cooked my order to the recipe?.Pizza was great.Cheezy bread, as cheezy as ever.Brownies was soft and moist.
I’ve already file a complaint with the BBB and filled out a Marcos feedback form. Just letting people know how bad this location is. The girl on the phone is was absolutely rude and kept rushing us to place our order. We were going to pick it up in-store but they said no walk ins after 10:30 and wouldn’t deliver the pizza unless we put a 10 tip for the driver. I just had my wallet stolen so I asked her to wait so I could transfer my money to my cash app card and the girl on the phone started to yell that we were taking to long and didn’t want to place the order. Once we finally put the order in she hung up without saying anything. The girl who delivered our food didn’t say anything to us. She didn’t give us a receipt or check if our order was correct and shoved the pizzas at us even though she had gotten a 10 dollar tip. When we looked at the pizzas they weren’t correct and we didn’t get any of our sauces. I asked to be contacted by a Marcos rep and no one did. This behavior is unacceptable. I also wasted a coupon on this order.
I order from here all the time. I pay delivery fee and tip every time even tho I could walk over and pick up.I ordered a Hawaiian pizza today. I know it doesn’t come with onions. Well It had them on it. I order this type pizza every time. I called to ask if it now comes with onions. I was told no. I expressed my dislike to onions.. I was told they don’t put onions on this pizza. I now have a large pizza going to waste 18 dollars later. If you didn’t believe me you could have come and seen the onions for yourself. Side note I will just not order anymore. Sad day for me in the end.
Their pizza is very clean, authentic, very delicious and the staff there on Dean are respectful and attentive. I like that about Marcos. They're the best.
Food is Good but the customer service is terrible. Every-time I have called with in the past 2 months there is always an issue. Food never comes the way you order it, takes for ever to answer phones, closes earlier than on the website, and the Reps who answer are rude.
This is the best pizza ...The staff is always polite and helpful. This crust is crispy and delicious.Hand tossed is cook through and so good . Try them
