Riding from Atlanta, passing through and decided to stop at Krystal on 2918 20th Ave. I ordered for 3 people. My order was read back to me and was still wrong. We waited 10mins for the food and all of it was cold.! I didn’t have time to turn around, but my stomach hurts really bad. That was so far, the worst part of my ride.
We stopped a few minutes after 11 PM on March 31, 2022 (online says this location is open until midnight). We parked so my fiancé could go in b/c the drive thru appeared to not be moving. After a few minutes he came running out as if the building was on fire. He said they told him that the lobby was closed & we would have to use the drive thru. If that's correct, why was the door unlocked? ...So we got in line at the drive thru... 20... minutes... later... with only 3 cars that have placed orders, I see the lady in front of us speeding away from the speaker, I pulled forward and the very rude young kid tells me that they are closed. When I questioned, he laughed & told me to leave. No explanation was offered, just "you need to leave." As I pulled around to exit the parking lot, he was hanging out of the drive thru window waving and laughing. We got back on the interstate and found a Krystals in Montgomery that was true to the hours posted and received the best service I've had at a fast food chain (other than Chick-fil-A). The Montgomery location was the extreme opposite of the one in Auburn! We won't be back!
If I could give zero stars I would. I sat in line for 25 minutes at 11:28 pm. Pulled up to the speaker and he tells me we’re closed. Online clearly stated closed at 12. Told the car behind me the same thing and they went off. He was laughing like it was funny.
We ordered 12 krystal burgers with cheese. The burgers were hard and crispy. Got one fresh fries and one old fries. I’m disappointed and will not eat there again
Food was terrible. Sunrisers were not hot and the bread was overdone. Not much egg or sausage to fill the bread..Krystal isn't like what they used to be unfortunately
The order taker was very dry and rude! No greeting at all. We were the only car in the drive thru and he acted as if he was bothered. Had to repeat everything we said. My bread was molded on my pups ? the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Terrible!
Them some tiny hamburgers. You gotta eat five of them, it's crazy. Pretty good, though. Those new fries are banging. I think I'm using that correctly. Banging. Now it doesn't sound right. Open late, good service, neon sign in the front is all melty. 4/5
Those leaving bad reviews for the night shift should consider the fact that Krystal’s management allowed for only two employees to be working the night of an Auburn Football Gameday. These two employees did not stop moving the entire time I was in line for my food. The service was slow but what else is to be expected when the work of 6 people is being split by 2. The best service that was possible, great food, and overworked and underpaid employees. Shame on Krystal’s!
The least helpful and rudest employees that I have ever seen. I tried to go by twice and they made some excuse as to why I couldn’t even place an order. Once, sure. Things happen, but twice on two separate days? The employees were also extremely rude about it. If you’re a fan of Krystal as I am, don’t go to this one. It’ll make you never want them again.
Fast food. It was made fresh
