Friendly service on a busy Saturday morning. The donuts were fresh. The coffee was also hot and fresh.
Horrible service. Went to get my parents some chocolate donuts bc of the ad that said they had them. Got there and was never greeted. Had to ask if they had any he said nah we don’t have anymore. Went back talking to his buddy. Had to ask if they were gonna make anymore and he said “huh” and I had to repeat myself and he just said no and went back talk to his friend! The absolute WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WONT BE BACK!
Tried 2 different Sundays and only a drive thru and limited donuts. Time for them to close their doors. I won't try again.
I’ve yet to have a positive experience at this location. I showed up one morning and they had no original glazed. At all. The next time the assorted donuts I received barely had toppings. Today (my last time to visit this KK) the inside was closed and the drive thru line was 7+ cars long. I only attempted because I had a gift card, but I’d rather not use it than go back.
My mother just went to the Auburn, AL location to get a free donut that was advertised today. She sat in line forever and not only asked for her free donut but also ordered 2 dozen donuts as well. Not only did they not package her 2 dozen donuts correctly but also told her she would have to drive around to get a free donut. How much sense does that make? I don’t tend to complain about much but would love to talk to some management and get an explanation on this. Thanks.
This the only KK you can go to with the Hot light on and the donuts cold smh! Everytime! Like why even bother turn it on….and when you ask to heat them up they say they don’t do that. And when you ask for the manager she’s just as rude as the employees! It’s crazy!
I went in with my boyfriend the other day to see if the donuts were fresh since it was 7pm and the hot sign wasn’t on. We saw workers at the register and then when we walked in everyone had walked to the back. We waited at the register for about five minutes and a girl came walking to us but went to the drive thru window and she didn’t say a word to us or look at us. A few minutes go by and we were waiting to see how long it took her to turn around and serve us at the register. No one was in the drive thru and no one was ordering so she was just standing there not looking at us. Another worker walked in the front door, walked past me and my boyfriend and then walked to the back of the store. We waited for 10 minutes and left in frustration and we called them to see what the problem was. The girl on the phone lied and said we didn’t stay long enough and that when she walked back to serve us, we were gone. This was not the case at all. Krispy Kreme needs to quit hiring teens that don’t care about their job!!!
Original glazed doughnuts were not fresh; they were drying out. It was about 2pm & the cashier said they'd been out since around 10 if I remember correctly. I'm guessing it was 10pm the previous night. First the employee attempted to replace order with doughnuts from the same batch.... Then, offered doughnut holes which were fresh.
This location ( Auburn ala) always has this great menu of donuts and you spend time selecting then go to checkout and everything is great until you pay, then the uh oh pop up comes and they are out of a flavor, then you reselect and once again Uh Oh we are out …
Girl at window was rude as hell and gave us no napkins to go with our dozen +1order.. blew horn 3 separate times to try to get her attention finally backed up to menu board and then she answers.. wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have my 2 year old messy baby with me but then napkins are very much important with glaze
