I have always loved this restaurant in auburn, Al (store # 553) & so many of their employees; however, the service I received tonight was unbelievably inappropriate. I ordered a veggie sandwich within the app requesting no cheese since there is no option for less cheese. When it was picked up we asked for cheese on the side. We were told no even though it was the same price & I paid for the cheese. Spoke with the mgr, David. He informed me it was “against protocol” & additionally was incredibly rude. Also told me there was no corporate phone number nor could he find the corporate email address. The conversation ended with David telling me he did not have time to discuss the issue.

Really cool workers. But that being said too three worst restaurants in auburn. They are neither freaky nor fast. I have wasted a whole 12 hours for my food before. You could put literally a monkey at the wheel of the car and it would get there faster. Not only have they gotten my preset wrong on multiple occasions but they have yelled at me for claiming my order was not delivered. They claim to give your money back but this is more false then thinking we will have a good football season next year. The only reason they continue to get business is because they are open the latest. If I had a choice I would rather eat a bullet to the skull then order from here. At least it is. It as bad as chipotle and McDonald’s in auburn. They need new management or a complete remodel into a jersey mikes in my opinion.
I ordered a veggie sub and when I got home to eat it I saw it was only cheese, NOT EVEN MAYONNAISE! When I called nobody answered, also took a minute to make the two sandwiches I ordered. Would not recommend
Do not eat at Jimmy Johns the employees are nasty one of the managers was sneezing and did not even wash his hands. One employee touch the trashed can and start too fix food with dirty gloves on.
New in town, first visit. Should have read the reviews first. Used to be religious Jimmy John customers. It takes effort to mess up a JJ. Must be why there is only one in Auburn-Opelika
I ordered food last night and it was the worst that I've ever gotten from Jimmy John's. I called back this morning and spoke with Brayton who is the manager, he was super sweet, and offered to replace my order. Brayton is the reason that I gave this review 4 stars bc he took the time to apologize for the issue and made it right. Thank you Brayton
I waited two hours for my food. I tried to call twice before my food showed up for a refund but no one answered. I order at 2:11pm and it showed up at my door at 4:35. The ice in my drink was almost gone. The food just didn’t taste right. The toast beef tasted spoiled, and the onions were so translucent and mid colored that they looked grilled. I ordered something else.
We ordered food online from JJ's on 27th November, 2021 at 8:30 pm. We were calling the store but no one was answering so we thought they will not deliver our food tonight but they did 4 hours later at 12:23 am. I asked the delivery person that why it was so late and why they didn’t answer the call. For that, she started yelling that she doesn’t care as she had 16 orders ahead to deliver and started abusing me for literally no reason. As far as I know, we have the right to ask as it was already 4 hours. I closed the door but I heard her yelling so went out again outside my house with my phone and recorded a video which I cannot share here but have already shared with the corporate office. That was the most horrible and weird customer service experience I have ever had in Auburn, Alabama. Hopefully, they should take some action!
Made an order at 9:11pm it didn’t go out for delivery until 11:14pm. As I’m writing this it’s 1:05am and still no food has been delivered to me. Also tried to call the store about 15 times and not a single one was answered. At this point I just want my money back.
