Low tier sandwiches that publix could make better. Seriously, just go to Publix
Staff worked hard to fill drive thru, online and walk in orders in a timely manner. Food was plentiful and served properly. Facility location, seating, and parking is good.
The lady short blonde hair (she said was the manager) yelled (and cussed) at the workers while I was right there at the register. Super rude to do it but especially when there’s customers there. She doesn’t understand customer service.
Today I went to jersey mikes expecting greatness, per usual, in the form of the absolutely delicious chicken Philly cheesesteak. However, to my surprise the sandwich was off. It was missing that WOW that I usually get from the perfect jersey mikes #16. Now, I’m not mad, just severely disappointed. My image of a perfect jersey mikes has now been tainted by a member of the kitchen staff who did not uphold their core value of greatness with every sandwich like the jersey mikes kitchen staff I know. I beg you to do better and not disappoint me again, or I will be forced to take my business elsewhere
Great customer service. We got our subs quick w/great customer service. Wished I remembered the 2 young men's names that were working but I don't. They were so sweet

Staff was great and kept busy so trashcans were filling up.
The food obviously is good here. The reason it got 3 stars. Is because the resturant is nasty. The tables aren't cleaned off and there's food all over the floor. I walked in with my wife and all they were doing was cutting up and goffing off. If you have time for that then you should have time to clean
the 2 young boys had to be ask to change their gloves between drive thru and walkin customers
The sandwich #13 was amazing. Best sandwich I've had in a long time.
