Diet Coke machine was out of order. There was a sticky note on the top of it not on the front & I went to fill my cup not really seeing the out of order note & this spit out all over me, the floor counter ect I tried to clean up the mess with napkins. My chicken box was cold by the time I got to sit down & eat. Staff that look my order was nice though.
As a guy that 1st crab across Jacks in Meridian, Ms & to this day best one i ever been in ( should be a model for them ) , this one was , slow , confused , helping of potatoes & beans were so small . It took 2 bites a piece to empty plate , chicken fingers were pure salt , tea was almost clear water . Never will i enter auburn , Al location again !!!
This placce is horrible, I just ordered a double bacon cheeseburger no mayo, and what I got what a burger with no cheese, no bacon, and mayo was on it. The fries seemed like they were left out for hours. Horrible staff that just dont care and low quality

I've been eating at Jacks for 20+ years. I can without a doubt. This is the worse jacks I've been too. Not that it isnt clean, nor is the food. I can understand being busy. But to be so rudely treated by the staff is unacceptable. Clearly the main issue was having a bad dad but was unacceptable. Friend even walked up, cause they thought it might be thier order to make sure it wasnt bacon on it. Lady loudly stated after she turned around "It WASNT EVEN HERS."She did apologize and said how it was busy cause Sunday. When I told her we still needed our drinks. She went back to being rude. But will give two stars since she did apologize even if went right back to being rude.
Great breakfast sandwiches and one of the few fastfood places that still serves a link sausage biscuit.
MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.I was charged for food that I ordered and did not receive. While my food was being made , they dropped it in the floor. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, he hung up on me. No wonder you can't keep any employees. This is the worst Jack's I have ever visited and will never visit again. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.A disabled Veteran.
They upcharge without telling you. On top of that the staff could not care less. That's my last time going to Jack's.
I love the grilled chicken sandwich so I force myself to go to the restaurant. I just wish they had a friendlier window staff. Rude employees that never greet you and you have to listen to their personal conversations. They seem to get irritated when you ask for ketchup ?
After waiting for more than 5 minutes at the window watching the cashier restock, my order was once again wrong and the biscuit was over cooked, dry and hard. Last time I go to Jacks on South College Street, maybe even the Jacks chain itself. Very poor customer service and quality.
