Worst restaurant in Auburn Alabama. The food is awesome I love it. They stay open late, cool. Why didn’t I get my food last night when I ordered delivery? Why hasn’t anyone contacted me about refunding my order or apologizing for the incident? Why have I been calling all morning and no one will answer the phone ? Why am I calling different locations to try and contact my local store? Absolutely ridiculous. Needs new management, new team, and new principles on customer service. They need to shut it down or fix something real quick because this will not go on forever.
Worst service ever. Placed an order and waited over an hour for delivery…. Called them and they didnt answer. Had to talk on the phone w doordash for over 20 minutes as i couldn’t get a refund bc they said they were preparing the order. After an hour and a half, i drove to the restaurant and no one was even there. Doors locked, lights off, no employees. They accepted my order and then WENT HOME, knowing i couldn’t get a refund bc they marked it as “preparing.” Absolutely ridiculous
Ordered a calzone off the website the other day to be delivered and it charged my card but never came! I’ve called the past few days at various times and can’t get in touch with anyone about it.
I ate inside and was surprised very few folks were there. The veggie calzone was good. Great music inside and baseball on the TVs. I'll be back.
Ordered online and show up and it’s closed, no one is there or answering the phone. I can’t contact anyone for a refund for the items paid for.
For how decent the food is, you would figure the least they could do is not lie about delivery. 0/5. Just order a calzone from papa johns.
Very large serving sizes.Not exactly cheap.However, when you find the calzone you like, you continue to return.
There was one person working there today named Tracy, and she was so patient and sweet! She was also very relatable and understanding. I got the chicken bacon and ranch calzone with fries, and it was amazing! The wait wasn't too bad either. I highly suggest going there for lunch or dinner, especially if you're hanging out with friends!
They gave my girlfriend the wrong fries. She’s upset. Seriously not cool
I was there for 1 hour 30 mins plus. I order around $45 worth off food and they took for ever to bring it out. I just left. I ask them like 3 times every 30 mins. Never came out. Never coming back again. As a restaurant owner I would be A shame open up a places like this.
