How can a national chain be out of regular ol glazed donuts? ?♂️and why can’t employees see that a store where you serve food should be kept clean? Good god is there no one paying attention to anything anymore?
Their system is frequently down, turns away customers with card, can’t do online orders. Staff isn’t that friendly nor nice. The drinks are VERY inconsistent. You wait ridiculous long time amounts. I get it’s busy, but more than 2 people need to be working. One morning, they were so behind on orders someone had to speak up and say there was 7 of us that had been waiting for 30 mins on orders that came in over an hour ago while people coming in the door was getting their drinks faster. And it’s weird you get one very small tiny piece of bacon on the sandwiches. The one on S college is SO much better. It’s never as bad.
I have never had an issue with this DD location. Always fast and friendly service! My favorite one in the area!
I’ve been here serval times and service was great, normal delays. I went here today for a quick stop to grab a bite and it was awful. The cashier was filling orders only for drinks and mobile orders, not severing those entering into the store. A long line began to form but it soon began to shorting. People for honestly tired of being ignored and not being served. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge those who enter the store. He had his earphones in the whole time.
Floor was so dirty, and they made my drink wrong, even after I asked them to fix it. They seemed like nice people, but the product was terrible.
Just don’t. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple cold brew which is not acceptable. I will never shop here again.
This place is absolutely horrible. my food taste like chemicals and i’m absolutely starving. The workers were incredibly rude, frustrated, and screaming for no reason. The coffee was great.
Workers are walking around wearing socks and lying about what food they have and cannot make a drink right to save their life. Not to mention they take 5 years
I have purchased hated Dunkin coffee all over the US; this location is the worst experience I have ever had.
This experience was just all over horrible. I ordered on the app and when I went in there to pick it up, the screen said my order was ready but I couldn’t find my food. The lady behind the counter asked me what I was looking for and I told her, then she told me she didn’t know where it was. Meanwhile, one of the staff in the kitchen area making food was yelling at the staff behind the counter. That was at 9:20. Then a man that was also patiently waiting on his food had asked them multiple times if they had the cinnamon bagel (or whatever it was he had ordered, I don’t remember) and the man in the kitchen area was just telling him to wait on his food. About 10 minutes later, the kitchen staff man walks back up and tells the guy that was asking about the bagel that they are out of the bagel. The man wanting the bagel says “That’s what I was trying to ask you earlier man” and he didn’t even say it in a bad tone. The kitchen staff man proceeds to yell at the man wanting the bagel and then the lady working behind the front counter yells at him and says “how was I supposed to know we’re out”. Then that man leaves and I’m still waiting on my food that said it was ready at 9:20. At 9:35 my food is finally ready. I understand that sometimes the kitchen gets backed up. I worked in a restaurant, it happens. But causing a scene in front of all of the customers, then proceeding to yell at customers is unacceptable. After I got my food, I left to eat it in my car since I was going somewhere and when I opened it, my bacon egg and cheese was freezing cold in the middle. This experience overall was horrible, and I hope something changes.
