I have recently seen a lot of improvement in the time taken to process the order. Now I get my order ready in 15 to 20 min after placing it online.
My wife loves the food and it's so easy to order on the app, then walk in to pick it up.
We placed our order at 7:08 pm. It is now 10:31pm. Per the Domino's tracker our pizza has been in "Quality Check" since 9:02.This slow service has been consistent for 3 months or more. This is the same company who once boasted a 30 minute delivery.
Hard workers great tasting food I always loved dominos food and their delivery service even though I can’t afford delivery fees along with the pizza cost.my only complaint is when I asked a worker why was a receipt stuck to the cheese on my melted pizza he grabbed the receipt off the pizza without gloves in his hands.I left the pizza there but I will give them a good review because domino’s is still my favorite pizza place to eat
I have always been a fan of domino's pizza and I have only had one issue in the past with one local store, but I have not had any problems since then. I believe it was just bad management and I don't order anything from that particular store anymore. Food is great, hot and freshly baked. Friendly delivery service and fast service time.
Discriminatory on delivering. When I leave a tip on the credit card they have no problem delivering to me (less than a mile away) but when I opt to tip in cash I get a call saying they don’t deliver to my area at night. Since when? Since last month when i ordered? It’s utterly disgusting.
Order was placed online. Shortly after my ordered was confirmed I received a call from the store. They informed me they did not deliver to my address "after dark". Make sure to get your order in before 4:00 pm during winter. Ridiculous.
Thin crust pizza was cut up like a regular pizza and it looked like someone smashed two of the slices. Cheese bread had off taste to it. Food was subpar.
This place hires veterans. Nuff said
An hour has passed by I still have not received my pizza.
