I would give this place a 0 star if I could due to this guy who works there named JED. He got a nasty attitude and was really rude to myself and my husband. There were others in the restaurant at the time including children! This place has went completely downhill since the owner stopped coming in daily and looking over the place. The buffet items were all dried out and there were only 4 pizzas to choose from at the time. My husband asked where the pepperoni pizza was to a lady there and she snapped with an attitude and said all you have to do is ask.... When there are over 15 people in a restaurant where its buffet style there should be a variety to choose from and not just based on the request. This is horrible and I will NOT be back until I see the owners vehicle to tell him in person my experience as well! At least the owner Michael respects his customers and wants peoples business
I am not recommend this place. I tried to use 3.99$ coupon that valid for all states. but they lied and said it only valid for South Carolina and Texas.I feel like Cici is doing a scam. They try to attract people by advertising 3.99$ offer and after custermers went to there place they say that offer valid only for some random states. ???
Great experience every time I come to this cici pizza, wonderful staff great at helping you with whatever you may need help with. If you're looking for a great day or night out with your family I'll always suggest this cici pizza.
Randell and Brian are great. Very nice place for a pizza buffet. You even get free pizza on your birthday.
We set there and watched the guy take the rag he was washing the tables with go into the bathroom with the rag. Then he come out of the bathroom and took the rag and wiped around where t bgg e pizzas are at the buffet.
Old Asian lady that works there touching all the food on the buffet. She even rubbed her nose and continued touching the pizza when combining slices
11:45 am lunch visit with my barely 4 year old daughter who eats a cup of noodles and it’s over $6 buffet is empty no lids fit cups and when I approached the manager/owner she said “have you seen gas prices” and that’s the wrong cup “we’re human ya know” we have come weekly for years this makes me not want to return. All I wanted was empathy she is cold.
They were severely understaffed, but were hustling to put out food and clean the tables. If there wasn’t an item, you could request it and it would come out quickly.

Pizza Pizza Pizza....If you have ever been to a Cici's pizza, then you know, it is like one of those places that you feel like you're getting a deal to eat and the kids are having fun also. If you are looking for the best tasting pizza around then this is not the place, But if you're looking for a budget friendly (kids 12 and under eat cheaply) tasty pizza and video games type of place then look no further. If you don't see the pizza that you like let one of the workers know and they will put one on for you, and 9 minutes later you will have it. It does come with a salad bar which is not overly exciting either, But there again for $7 for lunch what do you expect at these days. My kids love it and all four of us can eat for $26, (we drink water for the healthiness and to save a few bucks) so not bad at all. My only issue is that the bathrooms are not the cleanest I have seen, other then that, nice place to eat.
