Like everyone else has said, this location is garbage. My bowl was missing toppings. Had very little rice. Flooded with salsa to the point it’s practically inedible. Missing the dressing. Portion was barely enough for a child to eat. The side of guac was the saving Grace.Please do yourself a favor and go to the one in tigertown. Their staff is great and the food is always delicious.
Walked in management was very rude. Guy just say online only. No explanation at all and just gets old. Been like that every time recently. Not going back…
Food is always good, but the management is awful. Ordered my food at 7:50, scheduled for pickup at 8:10. I type this review at 8:50, still waiting for my food. This is not at all uncommon at this location, unfortunately.
As long as you don’t actually want to get your food, this place is great. Chairs are comfy. Tables are clean. But you will not get your food for at least an hour after you order. Gross incompetence. Fire all the employees and close it. Go to Tiger town instead.
I have ordered from this place multiple times through delivery and pickup. About 50% of the times they have forgotten different toppings most always including guacamole which I pay extra for. They also give half the portion they are supposed to give when you order online rather than in person. My bowl is always half full. Will NOT be back.
Terrible service, poorly managed. Can’t keep up with crowds and when it gets busy they give you tiny portions to speed things up. Workers are always extremely rude and very clearly do not want to be there. Overall terrible service. Do not recommend.
I have given this Chipotle a chance 4 different times now and every time my order is always messed up. At this point I’ve just given up. Won’t be back to this location.
They have the best flavor compared to moes and barbaritos. Just make sure when it's busy you have assertive communication and patience. Waits can be long in the evening on weekends or when there's a lot of people in town for events like football games. That's when they often dont have the space or staff to supply the demand very fast and stress levels raise. So if you're ordering lunch it will usually be ready much faster than if you ordered dinner. Great tasting food though.
Ran out of brisket big sign advertising it. She said special ended a long time ago I said take down the sign then. Food was good but expensive$14 for a bowl and the wait time horrible. Nope just hype
Did not have brisket, corn salsa , veggies, or salad dressing. They likely were out of other stuff but at that point I canceled my order.
