Gracie was a great cashier, but when I got to work there was no dressing for my Cobb salad and no fork set. Other than that, everything was okay.
This is located inside the mall's food court & their breakfast menu is smaller (no egg or sausage on their biscuits), since they're a smaller location. Otherwise everything was up to Chick-fil-A standards. ?

We had a bad experience with the customer service. Our app wasn’t showing the normal screen when you go to pick up Curbside so we asked one of the workers as she was walking back inside if she knew if we needed to come in or not since the app wasn’t working. The worker got our order name, said it was no problem and she’d go check on it and bring it out to us. We ended up spending the entirety of our lunch break (~40 minutes) waiting for the food, the girl we talked to never comes back out. We tried calling, it took 3 times before someone answered and they said our food was processed as carry out so we needed to come in. I understand obviously they can’t control the app not working, but the worker told us they would check on our order and bring it out to us. They never did, nor did they come out to tell us we needed to come in so waited for nothing and our food was completely cold by the time we got it.

Great place for allergies. I ordered on line, and ordered the wrong thing. Breaded chicken instead grilled. Then ordered a gluten free bun.
Very poor experience at this chic fil a, rude employees did not attend to me as the only person in line for 20 minutes. Afterwards had to wait an additional 15 to get my order. Terrible chic fil a.
