Courteous staff, food was good and plentiful, location was clean.Small interior seating space, but the facility does accommodate online and to-go orders via and outdoor (covered) area, which streamlines the order/pickup process and reduces indoor crowd.Parking in this area is limited.
I like the underground garage setup as it was 94°outside. I didn't like how the two cars behind me received their food and I was still sitting at the window,holding up the line waiting for my food. The employee didn't greet me, tell me my food was still being prepared, nothing. I really need the younger generation to put forth simple effort.

Every time I order Uber Eats from this location it’s awful. I never mean to. The oil tastes almost as bad as the one in the Auburn Mall. They always forget sauces, toppings, utensils, I’m pretty sure one time half my order was missing but thankfully UberEats refunded it.
I'm very happy with the service here! My delivery orders are always ready. I, also, can't remember a time when items were missing. They're pretty spot on. I always pick up at the window and the associates I've encountered have been very polite, attentive, and professional.

Giving one star because the manager is Rude and hateful to the employees in front of the customers... we work security so we get a discount and she fusses at them when they give it to us right in front of everyone. Rude and unprofessional!!! I called corporate!
