First time trying it my server Bailey was super sweet and nice. Love it will definitely be back. Food was Hot and Fresh and delicious. The free dessert was just the right amount. All the staff that I encountered was Friendly and Smiling ?...
We were out running errands and popped in for a late (mid-afternoon) lunch. The restaurant was clean and attractive, with just a few customers while we were there. Our server was attentive and friendly. She brought our beverages right out and then took the rest of our order. We each had a yummy sandwich with chips and pickles. Portions were generous and the food was tasty and fresh. We had a positive experience and will come back again.

I come to chappys all the time and love the place. I came here today with a group of friends and my french dip was cold, the cheese was not melted and the fries were freezing. My friends I came with also got each one of their orders wrong. I am super disappointed with Chappys this visit.
It was very good . the food , service and atmosphere. I really love the ice cream for desert. I usually go to lunch late it is nice to have a relaxing place for lunch.
Stopped in for lunch and ordered the chicken salad supreme sandwich. Came with potato chips. Chicken salad was outstanding, and came topped with thick sliced bacon and smoked cheddar cheese. The cheese was a cut a little too thick and the taste almost overpowered the rest of the sandwich. Removed from the second half and ate it on the side. Outstanding service and prices. Got an extra treat, noticing former Auburn AD David Housel, eating across the way. Had met Mr Housel several years before and he was an outstanding ambassador for Auburn and the University. Went over and spoke with him and he was still just as gracious. Nice dining experience and great value.
Great lunch. Started hailing right as we were leaving. One of Chappy’s best employees, Austin, walked us to our car in that awful weather. Just being a nice young man. Thank you Austin. You are The Best!!!!
Pretty good breakfast with great service. It was rather interesting that other worker besides our server approach our table who decided to have a conversation about tattoos. My husband graciously talked to her about them.
Jeff and/or David - what happened to the front staff? They are clueless and it makes me sad. I want to go there today, but they don't even know what a Muffaletta is, despite it being on the menu. The person who drives a Benz is also very unattentive and seemingly doesn't care much.
