Great food at a very reasonable price. Clearly this place is well known by the locals. It was super busy and apparently remains busy all the time. You order your meal at the counter which is brought to your table. Nothing fancy about this place. Focus is on the food and not presentation, building, or tableware. Just good food to include sides. Not many places get fried okra or greens just right. You will leave smelling like a smokehouse. Will return.

They have really good breakfast and lunch. The prices are great, the food is great, and it always has locals eating here. My wife saw Bruce Pearl here not too long ago. Would recommend.

We ordered takeout, which came pretty quickly. Biscuits were nice and tender. My only complaint is the sausage gravy had exactly one small piece of sausage and little flavor. My gravy may not be my Granny's, but it's way better than here. Everything else is great. Step up your sausage gravy game, folks.
