This is our 2nd time to go to Bruster's. Last month it was great:5⭐, but today (2:30) the service was terrible. Four employees but only 2 were working. One that was working was dancing. One not working was walking around with her cell phone and flipping her long hair everywhere. We stood at the window a long time, but no one took our order so we left.***We have gone back to Bruster's since my review and had great service!
Good ice cream, but lacks customer service. The last three times I went to this location, it seemed as if the staff was annoyed just to have customers.An example: On Friday, I went through the drive thru around 3:30PM. The guy who took my order had an extremely condescending tone. I ordered rocky road from the menu board and he informed that they were not serving that flavor. As I was deciding on a different flavor he made a sarcastic comment about it being the end of the world that I didn't get the flavor I wanted. I cancelled my order and left.
really good i’ve been going here for years, but the ice cream melt really fast better eat it before you leave because you won’t make it home with it.
The ice cream was good but we did not receive the ice cream we ordered !
I love going here with my wife and kids. The only reason it's not five star is because of the pricing. It is a little high, other than that the staff and ice cream are amazing.
I really want to give 5 stars because some of the flavors like graham central station and white chocolate oreo are really good and taste like a 5 star rating, but I have a quality issue everytime I visit that makes me feel like I just need to stop coming here. The first incidence was the red velvet ice cream tasting funny like it wasn't churned right or quality was lacking in some way. It was just straight nasty and did not taste like nor have the texture of ice cream. I stopped going for a while thinking it was maybe just a bad day or batch. But, the other visits were problematic in another way-one included a worm in my ice cream and the other hair.
By far the best ice cream yes it’s pricey but I go there for a treat for me and my daughter
I love Brewster’s ice cream. My favorite flavor is Graham Central station. My daughter begs to go after school for a treat.
I've never seen so many roaches in one place before, employees are swatting them with fly swatter... How do you let this get that out of control, just discussing will never go back.
This is some GENUINELY GREAT STUFF. And FRESH-MADE. All dairy is better when FRESH. I do wish they kept malted milk to make MALTS, as well as shakes, and would keep the current selection of flavors updated on their FB page
