If I could give zero I would. We didn't get a single refill. Both me and my wife's order was wrong. Had the waiter argue with me about the menu. Sorry but the Parmesan steak is not the same as the bourbon street steak. So the took the steak back and put the exact steak and sides on a sizzling plate and brought back out No more the 2 minutes later. The wasted so much food. My kids didn't even get a sauce with chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. Then the waiter came by through the check on the table and kept walk. I left without eating. I would give zero stats if it where possible
I always had a great experience with this place and it's definitely because of the servers. They are so nice, sweet and really honest and down to earth. On my anniversary, one of them brought out some cake and icecream for me and my husband to share, free of charge. It was a beautiful moment that me and my husband shared because of Applebee's and I hope they don't ever change because it's the small things that matter.
Applebee's is a good restaurant for standard fare. Everything they serv is good. This particular Applebee's didn't have the best staff. We had to get up from the table and walk to another table toward the back of the restaurant where several employees - including our waitress were seated surfing on their phones - to ask for a refill of our tea. Not the best impression.
We had a good server. She was the only one working. We had to wait 45 min to be seated, because they only had one cook one bartender and one hostess. ? And it took forever to get our food. It wasn't many ppl there cause of the long wait. I think they should have just closed for the day.
This place has the best bartender. Alexis always has a smile and greets u. She knows what you like to eat or drink and will have it there when u sit down.
Order an steak came out wrong twice. Service was ok management didn't seem to upside that cook didnt know there job. Won't be back.
Wow!! This was not a good experience at all. Long wait time and the restaurant wasn't crowded. The service was not up to standard as Apple Bees has been. Our server was good but stretched very thin, because of only 3 servers available. What I ordered was poorly made.
I was really disappointed in my visit. My mother took my daughter, my husband, and I out to lunch about 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday afternoon. We got there around 1 pm. They were not busy. We ordered right away. We did not get our food until 1:40. None of us ordered anything that would take long to cook, so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Also, 2 people at the table sat with empty glasses for the majority of our time there. As a former server/bartender/FOH manager, I do not blame our server. I'm pretty sure he hadn't been there long; however, 3 other servers, 2 of whom I believe were either closers or a manager, did not help our server at all. Serving is about teamwork. It is about taking care of the customers. We used to be regulars at the Auburn Applebee's, but after our last visit, I'm not so sure we will be going back anytime soon.
Tonight was the worst customer service experience. I was there for nearly two hours and my server came to the table a total of 3 times (take out drink order, bring our drinks, and 30 minutes later or more yes i timed it she came to take our order.) our food took a while no big deal it was brought out by someone else. I had to wave someone down for silverware. And our server NEVER came to check on us again she didn't even pick up the plates someone else did. I had no sauce for my steak since server did not come back after taking our order. We never got refills. She came back 20 minutes after i finished my food to ask if i needed anything. Too late just wanted my check and to leave. I did not get her name i should have but she was an african american young lady.
I'm a local person that has been here to this restaurant many times throughout the years. Always enjoy coming here. However this past weekend was the only time I've come here and was lil disappointed with my food. But I will say this the server, mgmt and everyone really showed me that they cared about my complaint and resolved it. I would definitely come back.
