We came here with a 9 person party to celebrate two friends going back home overseas and Rogan was so great to us! He did a great job getting us our food and keeping up with the whims of 9 disorganized, hungry people! A fantastic server at a fantastic restaurant!
We had dinner here today, and I am so disappointed! We regularly come here, but the past two times, we wished we hadn’t. I love the environment of KBBQs, but they had punk rock music instead of Korean music, the food was so salty, a lot of the beef is no longer on the menu, service took so long, and the workers act like any request is a inconvenience. So sad this place turned out like this…I think it’s safe to say we will find another Korean bbq.
Is a nice Concept.... cooking the food by yourself... but the food quality is very low .Bad friedrice ever had ...Some of the food is not bad ... but I don't know my aspectation was little higher.Anyway we have to take in account that is an AYCE restaurant therefore price quality is not bad . But they have to getting better for sure .
We were in Auburn to celebrate our grandson's birthday. He had been to here several times and thought we might like the food and the change from a regulas restraurant. I believe our servers name was Lion. He explained everything to us and was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire meal. I throughly enjoyed everything we ate and I would definitely go back
We had a party of 11 people who went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday gathering. I have never been more disappointed in my life! First off, the restaurant looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures obviously were from years ago. The place is falling apart, literally. The chairs at the restaurant are completely worn out! Goodwill would not even accept these in the condition they are in. The service was absolutely horrible. There were only 3 people working the entire restaurant, one cook and 2 servers. They claim no one wants to work there. I can see why. There was no bartender, so no drinks were served, only beer. Half of the beers on the list were not even available. They didn't even have lemonade for my grandson. The food was mediocre at best. We spent over 2.5 hours there trying to get our meal served to us. Totally ridiculous!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I called to speak to the owner on Monday and I was told that he is Korean and don't speak English. No one at all cares even though our bill was in excess of $250.00Take my word for it, you will be sorry you go there!!!!Gary Huskins
Get some staff or close it down. Waitress seemed annoyed in our second round of food. We wanted a third but never got it. I only had one cocktail but wanted another. She was nice but she was doing everything in the restaurant including bartending. After waiting 45 min for our check after we were done eating the guy cleaning the tables said they were understaffed and people in the back didn’t speak English. I understand that but if they are that understaffed the Owner or manager should be there working and checking on people and helping
My husband and I went for lunch. The hostess was extremely inattentive. Neither of us have ever experienced his type of restaurant. There was no explanation regarding what we were supposed to do. We were never offered refills. Our hostess/ server sat at the back table talking to a young man the entire time we were there. I had to get up and go looking for napkins etc. This was not a great experience. Due to the service we will not be back.
Great food food and excellent service. This was a great experience dinner out with my wife. For us it was a unique experience cooking the different meats and vegetables on the little gas grill in the middle of the table.
Great concept and fun. Good food but totally NOT CLEAN. The tables and grill are not clean. We had to ask to replace the grill because you could see left over food and was told no... not just the top but whole grill must be replaced for cleaning every time. The RESTAURANT is not clean. The bar looks gross, windows and front door dirty. The bathroom floor is so slippery and gross. Please Please do better or I cannot go again and I love your food.
Great food and atmosphere, but boy is the staff bad at their job. On at least 3 different occasions now I've been brought the wrong order, given the wrong menu, been ignored for 15+ minutes despite signaling to the waitress, given a very dirty pan (excused with they get that way if they've been on - no they don't, I'm a frequent visitor), having two waitresses and being ringed up for another tables stuff, waitress not wearing uniform... they either don't have a manager or something very weird is going on. Great food. Will try other Korean BBQ places until they can get their act together, it's a shame.
