Good food and good service

I understand slow service due to a restaurant being busy, but what I do not understand, or quite frankly appreciate, is an extreme attitude from more than one employee.I pull up to the window to be a woman literally screaming my total at me, not even saying hello or anything else. I inform her I have a coupon for my order and she snatches it out of my hand and huffs at me in an extremely dramatic manner. She comes back and loudly tells me my new total, so I hand her my debit card for her to snatch as well and then just walk away after she puts it in the card reader. Another employee comes up to the window and hands me back my debit card, and when I barely turn away for two seconds to set my debit card down this girl is shaking my drinks at me as if I’m not taking them from her fast enough! I go to get the first one and barely have a grip on it before she lets go, and then grab the second. I again barely have turned away for two seconds to set down the drinks and bags are being shoved into my car window and the girl couldn’t walk away faster if she tried. I asked if that was everything just to be sure and she stops dead in her tracks and just stares at me for a second then says “uh, YEAH” as if I was dumb for even asking her and then she continued walking away.I’m not asking for much because after all it’s just fast food, but at least maybe teach your employees to be a little more respectful??? I’m sorry that y’all were busy and maybe not having a good day but just be nice!

Went to Wendy’s tonight around 9pm. I ordered a #9. Simple as could be. You would think? I got my order and the burger seemed small to be a the Bourbon Bacon Burger. I checked it and it was pathetic. I have never had anything negative to say about Wendy’s, but tonight was not a great experience. The burger didn’t have all of the ingredients on it and it only had one tiny piece of bacon. It was literally a patty, a slice of cheese, and a tiny piece of bacon. The bun was hard around the edges as if it had been sitting under a warmer all day. I circled back around to return the food, but I had already been sitting in the drive thru for what seemed like an hour to order anyway. I was tired and hungry and ready to go home. I tried calling the store to voice my disappointment but I didn’t get an answer. So I am resorting to an online review. I don’t typically make complaints on food orders, but to pay $10 for a burger that was beyond pathetic was very disappointing and then I didn’t even get a receipt for my order either so I have no proof of my order. I’m sorry to say It was a very pitiful experience. I ended up going to a different restaurant to order a meal.

This was the worst service iv ever seen. The drive thru was packed I waited 15 min to order got to window waited 25 more mins on my food it was not even what I ordered I pulled up to check it and they told me they couldn't open the door to fix my food so I walked to the drive thru window they took the wrong cold food I waited 25 minutes for the cheese not to be melted on the wrong order 20 more minutes and call them back because it was freezing I was standing outside waiting for them to tell me to walk back through the drive-thru window to get my new order always right but one cheeseburger the fries was still cold and probably the same price I gave them the first time!!!!

One of the most unfriendly restaurants you can go to in Athens...the manager has a attitude every time i go there....she has rolled her eyes at me and got rude...she needs to remember that if it wasnt for the customers going to that restaurant she wouldnt have that job...if she doesnt lose her attitude Wendy's will lose more customers...i didnt deserve that treatment from her i was polite and nice..i cant say the same about her...i stopped going there because of the same lady and decided to try it again and its still the same treatment...i will drive out of my way to another wendys if i want wendys because i wont go back there and get treated like crap again..

Fantastic service! Brought a tour bus through with 40 hungry high school students at the height of lunch rush. We called in 40 separate orders and they were ready for us on our arrival, with the fries still hot. We were in and out in under 20 minutes including 40 separate payments and bathroom visits. Not a single error in our order. Thank you for getting us back on the road quickly!

We went and it was busy. I have a family of 5 so it's going to be a big order regardless. I told the cashier that "I am in the food business. I totally understand that you are busy and I am about to have a big order. I am in no rush, so take your time. It's ok!" I then proceeded to order. After the order the back of the house got the ticket and saw the size of the order. They started to panic a bit, but I said the exact thing, a bit louder so they could all hear. I really feel that by speaking the way I did instilled a calmness for everyone, including other customers and they proceeded to turn out my entire order in a correct and timely manner. I got everything and was on my way. I will be back. I know from experience that being pushy and aggressive doesn't help. Cooks can only be responsible for when they STARTED cooking the item. Once started, you can't make it cook FASTER and still have quality. Unfortunately a small portion of society actually express that they know this gem of knowledge!! Most people think yelling fixes everything.

Fast, friendly service and the food was hot and fixed exactly how I ordered! Thank you for an awesome experience ?**I had already started tearing into it ❤️**

Food good...but took too long for the order..seems like they were more interested in the Drive- thru

For fast food Wendy's is serving fresh meat, never frozen. I can taste the difference and the breakfast is definitely worth trying...
