Worst taco bell around. They told us to they'd be with us shortly but after waiting for 8 minutes at the speaker, we just drove off.You can get to the other taco bell up on Hwy 72 and order, before they'd even get to you here. HORRIBLE customer service
Wanna know how slow this Taco Bell is? I googled and wrote this while waiting for them to answer at the order screen. I have been in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes. I would have already left if I hadn’t mobile ordered.I literally could have done my taxes while waiting in this drive thru…
They were busy as all hell get out but was sufficient and on wit it!!! with my order which is usually without an item that comes on the things i order ok ok i always take the sour cream off 86 that stuff lol if thats correct oh well if aint TacoBell was great and as always made me run for the border when i got to where i was planting my feet tonight for a bit. TMI yeah as i review it im there now babycakes . awesome visit
The way I see it is if you don't like your job you can always quit. No one is forcing anyone to work especially these ill manner teens. I came drive thru on 4-13-22 and was trying to order I only got one thing out of my mouth and the girl say ok pull around and i wasn't even done ordering then I got her attitude at the window just cause I told her on speaker that I wasn't done then she basically threw our food at us. Note to these places stop hiring teens I know it sounds bad but some are just to uneducated.
Had to order through dirty kiosks because of "staffing shortages" even though I saw multiple employees walking around and some talking about how they don't wanna be there.... Normally don't have a problem with this but the napkins where completely empty, sauce area was dirty, the fountain drink area was a mess and buttons were sticky.... Must be because of a "staff shortage" though.. Food was good though. Just don't make excuses for being sloppy/dirty. You guys have plenty of people there to get the job done.

This visit they were out of pink lemonade and most all drinks in the fountain. Luckily they did still have their island freeze and it was very good!!
Out of way too many items. We were initially informed upon arrival at the drive-thru that many items were out , then told please wait. Eventually we gave up waiting for any further attention and drove off as it was taking too long to even ask what was in stock.
There was a little bit of a wait but the friendly service and the cheerful staff more than made up for it once we had our order taken we had our food in no time
We eat here a lot she loves to get the nachos bell grande. O usually just get soft tacos and burritos. But they are good
